I loved them too. Although I couldn't get in to the show. Have you read the new books in the series. I'm not sure if there is three or four, but supposedly they are really weird and don't go with the first four books. Like, apparently a fox demon shows up or something.

I quit watching the anime during DP but HOLY MESS that artwork is AWFUL. The animators have really gotten lazy with the characters, that looks so sloppy.

I feel the same way. Like, the second one wasn't as good as the first but when I saw the third and he wasn't there I was very disappointed.

In my personal headcannon I'd like to think the first movie happened and the second one happened depending upon how I feel that day. :3

I saw the third and fourth movies. They were nice but I don't consider them as part of my headcannon.

I haven't read ADwD yet, but as of AFfC there are a lot of options for Sansa to come into power.

SPOILERS FOR AGoT, ACoK, ASoS, & AFfC:

Littlefinger is currently grooming Sansa to become a skilled player in the game of thrones. She's poised to become the Queen-consort of the Vale by marrying Henry Hardyng, her cousin Robert's heir to the Eyrie. She could also inherit the crown of the North from her late brother Robb and make an alliance with her uncle the current Lord of Riverrun, effectively making her ruler of at least three kingdoms.

A popular ship is that of Jon and Sansa (he has a thing for redheads, she has a thing for noble hero types) and if Jon really is the son of Rhaegar and Lyanna he could very well end up on the Iron Throne as King of the Seven Kingdoms with Sansa as his Queen, or possibly Dany as his official wife and co-ruler but Sansa acting as the bearer of the royal heirs.

OR she could just end up marrying Tommen I 'spose, but I doubt he'll be King by the end of the series, though that would be an interesting twist.

I've always loved Sansa and I honestly think she has one of the most realistic reactions to the trials she goes through for her society and era, while her foil/sister Arya has probably the most insanely unrealistic (fun and interesting to read, but totally unbelievable for a myriad of reasons)

I like Sansa and Arya equally actually because I think they compliment each other nicely, it's just unfortunate that Sansa gets so much hate for the crime of behaving like an actual pampered and very young daughter of a nobleman in a medieval world would. She's just a scared little girl having to go through puberty at the worst possible time and being forced to adjust to a world that is NOTHING like she was prepared for by the songs and fairy tales of her childhood.

Her role is so important to the story because the major theme of her character is that as interesting as a world like this is to read about, it would suck tremendously to ACTUALLY live and breath in it. A Song of Ice and Fire is ALL about deconstructing the fantasy genre and Sansa's journey serves to codify that mission.

better talented authors and claim their words as their own. But I don't see major fandom wanks about them that pop up with the level of hate that CC generates. They flare up, they're reported, that shit gets dealt with and the offending stories removed, and the internet moves the fuck on.

So why can't people move on in this case? Why does it keep getting called up again and again?

Just because it happens to others doesn't make it right. And maybe it gets brought up again and again because she's one of the more notorious offenders? In a fair-sized fandom? And despite it all, she's now a published writer? I don't know. The whole reason I responded was because it seemed as though you were minimizing what she did because she did it to fanfic writers. It's not okay just because the people she stole from weren't professionally published. If anything, it makes it worse because all fanfic writers have are their words.

I do agree with you about the fat jokes. She doesn't deserve those. But trolls are everywhere, and they'll attack anything for a reaction.

The Purebloods are all inter-related so chances are they share a blood line. It's very possible JKR had thought of this already but didn't bother mentioning it in the book or wiki as it's not really important info in the world she's built.

Eh, a huge number of the "signed-in" users are just socks anyway, so they're no less anonymous than the anons.

Just because you say "OK GUYS IM DONE NONE OF THAT EVER HAPPENED OK?" doesn't make people magically forget. You don't dictate that kind of thing.

All that effort, while simultaneously turning around and claiming that the trolls have problems and no lives, yet you absolutely needed to pry into their social circles and find out their secrets to feel better about yourself.

So I don't really read webcomics that aren't in strip format, so I have no idea how the whole thing actually works, but, um, I just went and read this one and it isn't really long enough to really tell? I don't know, I mean, of course it's going to be shorter because it's a hobby thing, but it's two chapters long which isn't a lot of space to get into a story. It's all still setup.

But I like it and thanks for introducing me to it!
