So what if they're not masterpieces? So what if they're not what people traditionally think of as 'good art'? She has a distinct, personal style (more than I can say for most people in fandom) and, like Hermisia just said, they're funny! It's rare to find true-to-character humor when people can just smack an 'OOC' label on it.

People hate Aladdin? What? This is possible? Why on earth would they do that? (And the sequels were some of the better sequels Disney came up with. Hold it up in comparison to, say, The Little Mermaid II or Cinderalla II. Oh god.)

14 I sometimes forget I'm talking to non-fandom friends who don't understand my fandom expressions. But the expressions are priceless indeed!

15 I'm an H/D shipper now, but I got into the fandom through H/Hr and I still have a soft spot for them (even if all the wank makes me wary of both the OBHWF shippers as well as the Harmonians).

17 Friends who hate a fandom or pairing you like (and are quite loud and open about it) make for supremely awkward situations. I sympathize but say, it's okay. Love it for what it is, even if it's all superficial. Fandom is supposed to be fun and happy-inducing; some people take it way too seriously.

I like Amano's stuff. I think that style of art is really pretty and flowy and ... I don't know, I just think it looks really beautiful. Nomura's style is nice too, but it seems more appropriate for stiff character shots, not dynamic scenes or anything. I probably don't make much sense.

People probably don't like Amano's style because omg, it doesn't show off how hot the characters are. :|

1. 18? I'm almost 25 (which is not that much older anyway) and I think he's a total cutie. But I don't think that's a terrible secret to have--what's not to like!

3. Which show? Though I haven't seen any kids PBS programming in a while so I might not know it. Hah, I used to watch Zobomafoo to see those cute Kratt brothers. Nothing like two grown men flailing around with cute animals and the occaisonal dip into a wading pool.

2. Can't you just tell them not to tell you? That's what I do with One Piece, and what I did with Naruto before I stopped caring.
