Just because it's not totally and irrefutably contradicted by canon, doesn't mean it has even a smidgen of actual support. It's still just wild "what if?" theories. If it was meant to be canon, there would've been a mention in the movie that made it canon. This isn't a documentary of real-life events.

Unless Marvel decides that it's a good idea to completely screw over the plot of a highly popular movie by revealing it's villain to be an exploited little flunkie who didn't mean it, and does a retcon in Thor 2 or something, it's not what happened.

I completely understand your disgust and frustration, but I don't think abandoning the gaming community helps anything. Some advice: step back from the community for awhile. It gets really overwhelming, I know, and it can fill you with frustration and hate and despair. But just step back for awhile, take a break and just enjoy your gaming on it's own.

Also, the community needs people like you. It needs more people (and men especially) to speak up and not stand for this bullshit behavior. So please don't leave.

My current favorite candy bar is Rocky Road by Annabelle's. Though at this moment I am eating a Divine Milk Chocolate bar and it is delicious.

Ugh, why did a secret like this have to be posted today? The day after I had to de-friend someone because they wouldn't stop reblogging and saying things like "I fucking hate straight/cis-genered people!", and "heterosexual stuff is disgusting!". Not to mention using tags like "heteroNO", and "this is an anti-straight blog!"

It really hurts because they had been a long time online friend of mine. I've been a strong LGBTQ ally for years but I finally reached my breaking point yesterday. Seeing that shit make me feel like I was worthless.

It's one thing to occasionally vent about being part of an oppressed group, but it's another thing to actively hate on your allies.

Not particularly related to SJW I know. Sorry for the rant.

In the fifth book, where BAMF Minerva tells Dolores Umbridge to suck it when the toad claims Harry will never become an Auror.
I think that's my single most favorite moment in the entire series.

I don't remember the chapter, because I always sorta flip through the entire book and it all kinda blurs together.

Yup. Honestly, there are times when I've thought that the young cis straight white male is the most oppressed member of society, because they're expected to be perfectly fine with being a target to be shot at because they naturally have all the privileges. It doesn't work that way.
