So cliche from me, but Troy/Abed from Community. The main reason being that they are my OTP, of course, but I think it would actually work well in the show. Community is all about twisting and playing with tropes, and what better way to play with bromance tropes than to actually make them date? Community is also kind of weird with sexuality, so making Troy and Abed boyfriends would help it be a little more positive, I'd think. Their relationship wouldn't change much if they were dating, and the show could still continue on the same.

Alex Row/Sophia Forrester from Last Exile. In my head canon he's still alive,(somehow) and he'll get the mental health help he needs, they'll get married and have lots of babies. Nothing will ever change my mind about that. I'm going down with this ship even if it is exploding on the way.

I also wouldn't mind Riku/Namine in Kingdom hearts.

Madoka/Homura, although I think they might actually be canon? At least, stuff Urobuchi has said post-series seems to confirm that. But whatever, it could be...more canon.

Xena/Gabrielle, because I'm rewatching season 6 and I cannot believe TPTB were still trying to sell the 'maybe they're just friends, maybe they're more!' thing til the bitter end. Xena and Gabby are acting like a long-married couple at that point, and it's impossible for me to read their relationship differently.

Ryan/Esposito from Castle.(All of my ships are either already canon or fucking doomed as shit, and these two are pretty much the only non-canon paring that I have that could actually be happy)

Although I would love to see a non-canon AU comic where Thor and Loki have been together/are together but it doesn't magically fix their problems and things are still as fucked up as shit. Also I want a pony.

I'm probably alone in this (or maybe not? idk) but Danny and Steve from Hawaii Five-0. They basically act like a couple anyway and I don't think it'd really alter the show too much (at least not in a negative way). Of course it would never happen and I feel kind of stupid for even saying it, but eh, whatever.
