(Most) Paire shippers make me want to claw my own eyes out, forreals. It's not really my ship of choice (not for incesty reasons, though... heyyyy-yo Nathan/Peter!) but I'm glad to see that there are SOME intelligent people who do like it. It's like people who write Mohinder/Sylar fluff... like, wtf people, brain-eating serial killer + man whose father has been murdered by previously mentioned brain-eating serial killer does NOT = cuddling, teddy bears, baking cookies, or pet names. /end rant... lol sorry this comment kind of got out of control.

I agree. But then, I think people who ship Mohinder/Sylar overlook stuff like details such as Sylar killing Mohinder's father - they're "irrelevant."

3. I HATE HATE HATE people who make fun of cosplayers on the Internet. Every time I've seen a picture of a "bad cosplayer," it's someone who actually does have a decent costume, but is somehow automatically horrible because they're fat. And a lot of times, they AREN'T EVEN FAT, and people are still like "LOL WHAT A FAT BITCH SHE SUCKS" or whatever. Arrrgh. But you shouldn't let those people discourage you from doing something or stop you from having fun. The Internet will always be full of loud, stupid people, so by this point I don't even care what they say any more. If someone is enough of an idiot to make fun of you just because of your weight, then you shouldn't value their moronic opinion anyway.

11. I've never even played the game, but that RPing does look really horrible.

12. I don't mind humanization that much, but it does annoy me when they make the character look NOTHING like himself and turn him into Random Bishie #567. If they could actually keep some of the original character intact, it would be cool. D:

You know, you can do both. I was still actively involved in fandom when I had a de facto.

Sex is natural, sex is good (not everybody does it, but everybody should! ::G::) but don't make the mistake of thinking that just because you're sexually active it makes you too 'cool' for fandom anymore. Lots of people in fandom have a lot of sex, we just don't advertise it.

I think they meant that the more of their real relationship they had, the less they were genuinely interested in fandom, not that they were 'too cool'. sex doesn't make you cool but it sure is more interesting than internets to me! heheh..

Oh god yes. You have no idea.

When a smut RP starts with 'Did you see my Sailor Moon outfit? XD' you know you're in for a hell of a ride.

The worst thing was that I couldn't quit because the really cool person I was trying to impress was also in the RP. I only managed to keep my sanity and interest in the fandom as long as I did by ranting at the really cool person about how horrible the Cloud was.
