Dunno who this is or who the governor is, but if she killed the governor's DAUGHTER to hurt HIM, she's a bad person, (unless the daughter herself did something to deserve to die, but it doesn't sound like that). She's a person herself, not just something you use to hurt someone else.

Very little pisses me off more than someone hurting an innocent person just to get revenge on someone else.

Just to explain:

The daughter was a zombie, but the Governor believed that she could be helped. She was in a straightjacket and posed no threat. Michonne killed her just to fuck with the Governor.

People could only get to her if they broke into his house like a crazy person like Michonne and looked around.

There was NOTHING to suggest that she posed any active threat and one solitary zombie in the form of a little girl could have been easily dispatched by the numerous people with guns who patrolled the community if she were to actually escape, which in and out of itself is unlikely.

And as stated elsewhere, the Governor was trying to wean her off the food.

The infection must be contained. Allowing a carrier to continued to exists is a threat to humanity.

Even if he was a steallar guy, she'd have been right in the aspect of killing him itself.

It wasn't a mercy killing. Michonne did it because she wanted to see the Governor suffer. That was her intention when she broke into his house and waited for him like a crazy person.

Even if Michonne didn't intend it as a mercy killing (and I agree that re-killing the kid was just... revenge), it's still a merciful act in the long run. How is staying undead a good thing for anyone? The kid is dead. Dead dead dead. She's not coming back. Destroy her brain and spare others from coming in contact with her and dying. Kill all zombies. This isn't a world with Bubs and Fidos. They cant be trained to be servants or anything. Kill them all.

I don't think her motivation for being there was to make the Governor suffer. She described him as a "Jim Jones" kind of guy - I think she was trying to do what she saw as the right thing and kill him so he couldn't hurt other people, and maybe a bit just to save Andrea. And I don't think she killed the little girl zombie out of spite - just did what was necessary after a moment of shock that he actually believed she was still his daughter.

Though really we can't know her motivations for sure until she actually says them in the show.

Agreed 100%. Michonne knew the Governor was a threat and that she was one of the only people who could take him out (given her skills as a fighter and the presumption that the Governor would think she was dead/injured so she'd have the element of surprise.) As far as her killing Penny, she just did what she would have done had the Governor not interrupted her.

With the number of lines she gets in an episode, it's going to take a while.

The Gov. is a crazy person. Wall of fish-tank heads? Zombie WWF? Gimme a break.
A - the kid was a zombie, and he treated her like a pet dog. Dangerous and *stupid*.

B - if there was the slightest vestige of 'her' left in there, do you really think that being 24/7 in a straightjacket, hood, collar and chain was *better* than being dead?

Actually (to be one of those fans), in the comics the Governor brutally raped Michonne both by himself and with objects, as well as violently beat her in the cell right next to the one Glenn was in. The comics hint he did this to force Glenn to break from hearing what Michonne was going through and tell him where the group came from to get it all to stop.

Granted I haven't watched much of the tv series, so I don't really know the backstory here. I do know that when they got free in the comics, Michonne got her revenge quite brutally on the Governor himself, not his kid.

Oh and yeah, the Governor was feeding his zombie daughter human parts, though where he got them from we're not told, but it's heavily hinted they came either from the fighting ring or off of other prisoners.

The Gov. was a fucking dick in the show. He killed men that didn't need to be killed and for what fucking purpose? He put their fucking heads in fish tanks for Christ sake. He had his men go out and HUNT to KILL her. Did you forget that part, maybe?

And don't give me this bullshit of how it was Merle and the men. This asshole ordered it to be done. And she clearly knew that fuck was up to something. I'm sorry, but you telling people their comic knowledge holds no weight but clearly some of you forgot what he did actually do to her in the show.

His daughter is a fucking ZOMBIE! While using other zombies for entertainment in a fucking ring. How the fuck is that even fair? Those zombies were also someone's family so what makes his dead little fucking girl so special? (Aside from the fact the other zombies families are probably dead but we don't know for sure.)

AGreed, agreed, agreed. Frankly, I was rooting for Michonne to shove zombie Penny at him and let her eat him alive. Would he be able to stop her without killing her? I doubt it.
