I know all the words to "Kokoro Odoru." If that doesn't prove you are not alone in your liking of that show, I don't know what does.

It was like really GOOD parodyfic. The main Gundam-oriented character was emotionless as usual--but ONLY BECAUSE HE DID NOT HAVE AN EMOTIONAL DRIVE. The prettyboy character was a super-deformed incarnation of the lead Gundam from THE PRETTYBOY SERIES. Proof was given once and for all the ZAKU ARE NOT GOOD FOR ANYHTING.

I loved that series to death and wish I could get ahold of the whole thing. I still have a good twenty episodes or so recorded from when the first half played on CN.

...Of course, I may just be another one of those five people you mentioned. Hm.

(Anonymous) 2007-09-10 10:48 am (UTC)(link)
Yep! Here's the link to the site, if you want it. The website's old, but the art is still cute!

Of course not. I love Azumanga Daioh myself (the manga is much better than the anime), but I could never get my boyfriend into it. He watched and read the whole series and his opinion didn't change.

16

[identity profile] mirwolf.livejournal.com 2007-09-10 05:23 pm (UTC)(link)
Well, personally, I love Azumanga Daioh to bits but of /course/ not everybody's going to like it xD There's probably not a thing on this earth that everybody likess

Ursa as Medea? COOOOL. I am intrigued and would like to know more.

22 - I lol'd. It sucks about people making fun of you, but that's just some excellent use of panels + timing, right there.

(Anonymous) 2007-09-10 11:06 pm (UTC)(link)
22 - find another LCBS if you can. nobody should make you feel embarrassed about what you enjoy, whether it's DCAU or Infinite Civil World War Crisis or whatever the fuck is going on now. hopefully you can find a store where the staff enjoys comics instead of enjoys being pretentious about them.

5 & 17: You've just reminded me of a girl who used to hang around my group of friends in high school who was obsessed with MGS, and these characters in particular. Neither of you would happen to be her, would you? I always wanted to apologize for the way we all treated her.

27: I still love one or two of their songs. Mostly I'm just amused by how much I used to be obsessed with them.

17

(Anonymous) 2007-09-11 02:46 pm (UTC)(link)
I'm not her, but it's good of you to want to apologize :O Maybe she's on facebook/myspace/something? I'm guessing she was kinda the odd one out, huh. :\ Don't beat yourself up too much over it. It's highschool, and she's probably not holding it against you guys.

Sorry, I'm not her either.

Try facebook/mysuck, as suggested by 17 underneath. If all else fails you can always Google her name. And if even that fails - hunt her down with this handy thing. (http://www.zabasearch.com)

Hey, 27!

They don't care, who you are, where you're from, what you did, as long as you love them~~

Meaning. IAWTCSOHARD.

XD I'm not the poster of this secret, but you win. That is all.

[identity profile] foofbunny.livejournal.com 2007-09-11 04:55 am (UTC)(link)
13. OH GOD, THANK YOU. I can't tell you how many people have tried to get me on Queer as Folk.

27. I never threw out their CD for a reason.

[identity profile] bobalunatic.livejournal.com 2007-09-11 07:56 am (UTC)(link)
10. That's a good secret. If I told anyone in real life that I found that show the least bit amusing, I'd find myself homeless and lying in a ditch somewhere in ten minutes flat. lol... I did find it a bit amusing, though. But really, I just wanted to know what would happen to Zero. :(

14. I always thought that too. If it helps, there's a non-murder case in the third game. I was amazed without knowing why by the time I realized that nobody had died. I thought it was a good turnabout. xD

[identity profile] chankaylore.livejournal.com 2007-09-11 09:31 am (UTC)(link)
4. My exact thoughts. I re-read my old stories and part of me wants to shudder and rewrite the entire thing from A to Z, but there's that damn hesitation of doing so.

I still have all my old notes and side stories and plot points and details and everything, but I just can't bring myself to tamper with anything for fear of ruining it all.

ilu secret poster ♥

16 - Don't worry, you're definitely not alone. It was annoying more than anything. D:
