I felt like this my whole life. I didn't know if I asexual, suppressing gay feelings, etc. But then I developed a huge crush on someone I knew which lasted 3 years. I never knew if they liked me back or not as they were older and "forbidden". Just the thought of them could turn me on, something that had never happened to me before. We ended up getting together but they weren't the person I thought they were and the attraction is pretty much gone, along with a large chunk of my sexuality.

Because I'm 99.99% of the time with the 'I recognise that this is an aesthetically attractive person' without any sexual stuff, but there are a couple of actors who, after falling in emotional fangirl-love with one of their characters, I ended up finding extraordinarily physically attractive, even in their outside appearances and other work.

(then again, my 'extremely attractive' is more 'I would like to look at photographs of you wearing revealing clothing very much and i will get distracted by looking at said photographs if they are in front of me' rather than 'i would like to lick you and rub against you', so IDK, it might be different.)

I've known a few people who are constantly horny, but in my personal experience, they were definitely in the minority. Yes, this includes guys, insert stupid joke about how all guys are constantly horny here.

I think it just varies from person to person, and there's a wide spectrum of "normal horniness levels." I just get irritated because it feels like people need to make up new labels like "demisexual" and "hypersexual" when for the most part those people are within the norm. Just because you're not dead average doesn't mean you're an anomaly.
