Everyone thinks it's stupid? Huh, from what I've it's the opposite, at least in regards to Steve. Everyone (myself included) seems to find Chris Evans most attractive with that look. Some are even upset he got a haircut for the new Captain America movie.

...I want to say 1960s? Meh. IDC really. Interesting* to see that fashion in the Twenty-Teens seems to be an odd mix of 1960s/1980s though.

*by "interesting" I mean depressing as I hate both eras and no the 70s look sucks too

Navy brat here and I grew up in nothing but military towns. So, it's funny to me how much Bones and Cap's hair looks like the typical haircut every other sailor has. I think that's why I don't find it odd looking. Of course, they would have those hair cuts. It's regulation.

It's not dumb, it's classical and handsome and immediately signals "decent trustworthy guy". I wish more guys would wear their hair like that. I miss all those 1940/50s men hairstyles.

I never hear that, though? So maybe it isn't as many people as you think. Or maybe I'm just out of the loop, but either way I think that haircut is classy as fuck and attractive to boot. IMO Evans pulls it off a bit better, but they both look good.
