People on tumblol harassing someone to change their OCs stories because REPRESENTATION and then getting pissy when they don't. I saw this happen on some blog and it really annoyed me. "__ would make a cute queer lady" "__ would make a cute gay guy" "Her/his story is set" "You're homophobic, grow up"

Like I get the whole representation thing, but why harass someone about their fancharacters, really?

Work related. Assholes who leave empty boxes on shelves so you think there are enough items to send. Assholes who don't tell you we have ran out of priority tape so you can ask the mailman for more. ASSHOLES WHO EAT OTHER PEOPLE'S FOOD.

People who are chronically late, and don't even apologize, or half-apologize. I'm not talking five minutes, I'm talking showing up twenty minutes late and barely saying a word about it. Or people who cancel at the very last minute. I know sometimes life happens, but sometimes it's not life, it's really bad time management.

People who state opinions as though they were facts. "I dislike X" doesn't bother me at all; people have their own preferences. "X is objectively horrible" gets under my skin, because no, it's not, who died and made you God?

When I make a call at work to a person, and get voicemail, and leave a message explaining exactly what I need from the person, and the phone rings as soon as I hang up and I hear, "This is Person, I got a call from here...?"

Affectedly cheery people. There's a difference between cheerful and cheery--the first is a way of being in yourself, that makes you pleasant to be around; the second a way of behaving toward other people. And the sheer aggressiveness of it is really annoying--to me, it's like those people who stop you on the street and say "Smile! It can't be that bad!" when they have no fucking idea whether it is or not. Or, God forbid, refuse to leave you alone until you smile.

Articles written in second person. You don't know me, stop telling me what I think!

Anyone telling me what I think or like, or arguing with me about it when I tell them (arguing as in "You don't really like X" not "You like X? Well, I hate X.")

People who won't stop trying to talk to me while I'm doing schoolwork in the library, or browsing in a store, or whatever. Leave me alone, I didn't come here to socialize.

Charity people by the subway or at the mall. No, I'm not going to sign your petition or whatever, get out of my face and stop trying to guilt me into doing something I don't want to.

Derogatory misogynistic language - I have a name. So does every other human female on the planet. Learn to use them.

People who think that all sexuality/identity can be described by a binary system

People who don't believe introversion is a thing, or who think they're so important/interesting that you MUST interact with them, or who don't pick up on cues - if my eyes haven't left the book I'm reading the whole time you're talking at me, get a clue and go away!

Wasteful people, or people who are disrespectful of the environment.

Condescending people, ESPECIALLY people who offer unsolicited advice or people who act like they're in my head and state, like facts, what they think my motivations are for something (this can also be really hurtful, and feels invasive/dismissive).

Bad drivers, especially slow drivers, and most especially in a place where you can't get around them (i.e. a two-lane street where the car in front of you is -5 the speed limit, or a semi on a four-lane highway passing another semi and taking five minutes to get it done).

Many of the things my roommate does, not all of which were pet peeves before hand. I think it's just her being generally inconsiderate, though, not "all these behaviors are now my pet peeves" and almost every time she walks into the lower level of the apartment when I'm here I just fervently want her to go away.

People who claim to be unable to talk to others on the phone. They can't order pizza, they can't make appointments, and what would be a ten-second conversation becomes a protracted exchange of texts, all because even momentary verbal interaction with another person is OMG JUST TOO STRESSFUL.
