which upset a lot of people because apparently it got shaft just when it was getting good.
with being human, dracula and once upon a time in wonderland, that makes four sci-fi/fantasy shows less on tv. i didn't watched any of these shows, so meh.
hostages, mind games, and psych were also cancelled. can't say i'll miss them, especially the former (i'll miss the avclub's hilarious reviews though).
looks like intelligence, revolution, the mentalist and believe are also in danger. hannibal a little as well, but with the support and critical acclaim it's got, i think it'll stay or be picked by netflix or something.
the only show i was worried about is the good wife, and it's been renewed, so i'm good.

damn, i love the tv spring slaughter. it's always entertaining.

tumblr and reddit would crash. the huffpost and buzzfeed would make an article on it and then crash as soon as peop;e start commenting. cracked would make a "5 mind-blowing shows that were cancelled by asshole executives" list just to make hannibal #1 (and then crash). the "bring back hannibal" facebook page would get thousands of likes. the hashtag #bringbackhannibal would be a world trending topic for months.

...that would be glorious.

Fucking agreed. But I want it canceled because it's such a piece of shit compared to the books. And I FEAR the possibility of Clarice ever showing up. I hate what they did to Will and prefer my book!version and one movie!version to that...thing.

I always meant to watch Almost Human and Psych. I hope Psych at least gets a satisfying ending given its longevity and that I do plan to watch it one day (unless it gets a shit ending).

Psych is all over and it got a satisfying ending, they knew it was the final season so... Which aired like 2 days after the HIMYM one, I had a lot of conflicting feelings that week.

most of the season was meh so was a couple of seasons in it's run, but Psych is in the top 3 of my all time favourite shows and it is awesome!

Psych wasn't canceled, the series ended. It was a good ending, too, all loose ends tied up and had a happy ending!

Once in Wonderland was awful, though it was better than the trainwreck OuAt is. (Oh hey, let's make a very nice character that kept trying to help countless people, take everything away from him, make his life eternally shit, then murder him. Oh, and all the mass murderers and rapey people? Give them prizes!)

Ha, I just started watching Almost Human today, oh well. :P

I wont actually mind if The Mentalist gets canned this season, it's had it's run and it could do with ending sometime soon tbh. I dunno, remains to be seen what else they do with this half of the season.

I hadn't heard this about Almost Human, but I'll admit to being bummed; I was really loving the show. For some reason the universe does not want me to have Michael Ealy being slashy with a hot guy every week and this upsets me.

Plus, the show was quite good! It had potential. *grumble*

Honestly, this is exactly why I've stopped watching LA TV shows. There's nothing worse than getting really into a show and having it be cancelled mid-run.

Well, except maybe having it go on and on and on for seasons after it should've ended and getting progressively worse.

*sigh* I must have selective amnesia or something. Or maybe my level of tolerance for this sort of low-level casual nastiness fluctuates with my menstrual cycle.

Once Upon a Time In Wonderland sounds terrible.

I used to watch OUAT, but now I'm so glad I abandoned ship. That show is a trainwreck. I feel sorry for anyone still watching who doesn't ship Hook & Emma, tbh.

Still praying hard for Hannibal. I love that show so much.
(I never really liked the tumblr campaigns though... it seems kinda rude harassing people to watch your show. I know I hate it when people keep nagging me to watch Game of Thrones. The only way I ever got into a fandom was if I discovered it for myself.)

I was really enjoying OUAT in Wonderland, I'm gonna miss it.

Psych was fine, it lasted a long time and ended well.

I'm going to miss Warehouse when that goes too.

It always sci-fi/fantasy shows that get the bad end of the stick isn't it?

It didn't get fireflied. It got canceled because it was shitty science fiction delivered through shitty writing and shitty performances.

*sighs* I'm disappointed, but I can't say I'm surprised. It's FOX afterall. Almost any sci - fi gets Fireflied on that network eventually.
