Better off asking a pharmacist about the way different medicines interact. Docs aren't always up on that.

I started taking Citalopram two weeks ago. So it's early days yet, but so far, it has been fantastic. Absolutely fucking fantastic. In terms of side effects, very few that I've noticed - some drowsiness has probably been the worst of it. In terms of primary effect, it's been really great. I am so much less anxious, I am so much less given to intense negative self-image, I feel like I have so much more energy. It's been great yet.

Like I say, it's early days yet. And I don't have any real points of comparison for it, since I've never really taken anything else. And it can vary from person to person. But just speaking for myself, I'm obviously very positive about it.

Dragon Age: Inquisition. November can't come soon enough.

What are your irl friends like on social media?

He was also one of the ones who blasted the 'Free Roman Polanski' petition going around a few years back. When I finally got Twitter myself, that was one of the reasons he was one of the first people I followed.

Well, it would have been a long drive just for a day...it was sort of a little tour we did which included Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest and Prague. All-in-all it was maybe a 2,5 week trip.

But, I can quite easily visit another country for a day. It's like a 20 minute dive to the closest border from where I live.Hungary would be a bit far, though.

Mostly I am just sort of nuts that way, though. Once uon a time, wen I had more money, I pretty much joined my best friend to India on a whim. But once you go into that "hey, I can do this" mentality, you realize a lot of this is actually achievable, and not even on a crazy budget.

Our little Eastern Europe trip had an 8 to 25 euro overnight budget. And food's dead cheap over there.

I have lived my whole life like this, I have 24 years of experience, at least now I am old enough to understand.

I also genuinely love my mother, aunts and uncles, when they aren't too sick they are a lot of fun to be around. They are the nicest, most generous people I know.

But when things go to hell they tend to go seriously to hell, like SeaKing 'choppers looking in the water for your aunt kind of going to hell.

My mother sometimes lives with me, which is draining, but it helps on my being a poor student situation so there is that?

My exboyfriend had some initial insomnia on it, but that faded about three weeks in. It seemed to do really good things for him. (He had chronic depressive disorder and anxiety.)

That was like a punch in the face for me, too.

Hi, my name is anon and I hate K-9. But I've always been kind of an outlier anyway since I've tried and failed on several occasions to get through the 4th doctor's eps because everyone loves him so much, but I just can't. I can't stand him, K-9, Sarah Jane, Romana....any of them. They're all just so irritating. I don't know if it's them, hype aversion, or just personal taste, but I just....can't.

I don't know any of those on the right, but I like all the ones on the left except K-9. When he and Sarah Jane showed up in NewWho I had to turn it off.

I may cry when The Circle of Life starts

I did, and the movie barely makes my Top 10.

(Anonymous) 2014-08-28 01:40 am (UTC)(link)
I don't have any useful survival skills, but I'm a Type 1 diabetic so it's kind of a moot point. If it turns out to be one of those dreary realistic apocalypses, I'll shoot myself. If it's one of those badass ones full of crazy mutants and raiders, I'll take some bad guys down first. Maybe garrote a few with my insulin pump's cord.

Man, wow. The reason why I like the MCU movies so much is because of how endearing the characters are--partially because of how they can joke around with each other and have some goofy parts of their lives along with the action. I almost feel like making the DC characters more dark and grim and gritty is making them feel less...real? Like, anyone who's that dour ALL THE TIME probably has some issues (see: Batman).

Re: What's your weirdest kink?

(Anonymous) 2014-08-28 01:40 am (UTC)(link)
Does sounding actually feel good for men? Because I read a fic about it that was really hot and it is now a bit of a kink for me. But I'm nervous about trying it in real life because it looks painful.

John Freeman got quiet then dropped wepon and said "I have to kill fast and bullets too slow" and started killing Combines with bear hands.

Dammit, I'm so sad that I'm missing this.

No idea; there is literally no overlap between them for me.

DA

I agree there's action, but I still don't really like the episode. I'm not sure I could even tell you why - I just don't. H

Re: What are you looking forward to?

Haven, the final season of Justified, season three of Kuroko no Basket, the 2nd Tiger and Bunny film (if I can find a way to watch/buy it), more Haikyuu!!, sort of Dragon Age: Inquisition, and Rise of the Tomb Raider.

Everything MCU related (especially Agent Carter!) except Ant-man. (This is everyone, apparently, lol.) Hobbit, and Hunger Games.

Oh, and always Rat Queens, Saga and Hawkeye. Now I feel like I should add The Wicked + The Divine to the list.
