If it's any comfort, had she written H/Hr it would have sucked BIG TIME too, because J.K's attempts at ship were shit, although I disagree with you anon, I don't ship R/Hr, but I think she actually put some effort into hinting at it, unlike that H/G shit (WTF?! anvil wut? out of nowhere shoddily written crap).

Maybe the reason why nobody writes such scenes is because the majority of writers online seem to be female, and it's probably hard to write such a scene without knowing first hand what it'd feel like. Plus, there's probably not many sites detailing it either (like there are with just general gay sex). I have a feeling this either came out totally wrong, or just plain didn't make any sense. Urgh, sorry in advance!

The character designs of the Tales Of- heroines have been drop down awesome for quite a while now. How anybody can complain is beyond me.

Big part of why you play Tales Of is because of the design work, Voiceacting and Sakuraba music anyway.

I want to play Tales Of The Abyss just because of its villian dress sense heroes (Tear is... yesss) but I doubt that will happen too soon in my nick of the woods.

If you like H/Hr better, then whatever, go for it. If you love Harry Potter enough to ship people off have some respect for the woman for Christ's sake and don't make presumptions on what SHOULD have been in HER books. 2--aww, don't worry--not everyone hates her. In fact, tons of people like her--it's just the rabid shippers that seem to hate her, and they tend to be the loudest. Nah, it's probably a combination of not being called "Final Fantasy" and never having officially been released outside of Japan...? Live A Live is indeed pretty awesome. It's one of the games I'm using to help practice my Japanese. I put some things about Akira's scenario off to a really weird mistranslation on my part, until I read an FAQ and found out that it really is about an evil scientist summoning some sort of deity by melting people into liquid humans.

35- Omg lol. Yeah she definitely was just catering to Ron's fans. There's no way she had it planned out or anything like that. It's also not like she'd made comments long before HBP (read: years) that alluded to R/Hr happening. If she was catering to fans I hardly think Ron's the character she'd choose. He's far from the most popular. And no hints? Even if you don't think they're "anvil-sized" they're there and by going on about how there was nothing at all and making a secret like this you're really just enforcing the negative reputation H/Hr shippers tend to have. It makes me feel sorry for the non crazy ones. I've talked to tons of casual fans who knew RHr would end up together from book four at the very latest.
