Star Wars fics

I'm in the mood for Star Wars. I like anything non-bounty hunter related. I particularly enjoy stuff centered around the OT 3 main characters, any of the EU characters, Obi-Wan or any Jedi, and Bail Organa. But really anything.

I would especially love any good Star Wars smutty fics, particularly Han/Leia.

Oh lord, so I have actually no idea how canonically accurate this fic is because I was never super interested in SWEU, but it is very entertaining as long as you enjoy 1)well-written Peggy Sue/time-travel fic, 2)New Trilogy fix-it, and 3)Obi-wan and Qui-Gon making out:

Obi-wan, through Force shenanigans that are explained later, wakes up right before the events of Episode 1 with the knowledge of everything that happened through Return of the Jedi (with the exception that he either never found out who Siduous was or future-him intentionally blocked that knowledge because it would get him murdered, I can't remember). He goes about changing the events of ep 1-3 and its assorted EU tie-ins for the better--but the Sith seem to know more than they should as well...

This is actually two series, and is continued by the same author. It's also nearly 1.2 million words long, and is still in progress. I enjoyed the hell out of it, but then again I'm the type of person that sees an opportunity for a sane version of episode 3 Anakin to get re-time-traveled into the aftermath of ROTJ and meet his kids and starts cackling like a goddamn madman so take that as you will. Also there's a bunch of sex but I mostly skimmed that bit because Obi/Qui doesn't light my fire, but it seemed well written?

Short thriller and inspirational novels

My friends have told me they don't like reading. I am properly horrified and since 'tis the season of Christmas sales, I thought I'd buy some books for them in the hopes of changing their minds.

One likes those thrilling action movies like Taken, so something along those lines, especially with unusual or attention-grabbing first lines to make her go on reading.

Another likes inspiring stories, particularly those rooted in real life, or at least are realistic.

They both seldom read and English is their second language, so I'd like to get them started on shorter novels. I think the style of middle-grade books with simple words and to-the-point sentences would be appropriate, but anything that would interest even a casual reader very quickly would be great!

And as for myself, I'm looking for fic recs for Phoenix/Edgeworth (less than 10k words, no PWPs, preferably fics about them starting a relationship but I'll take anything interesting), and both fic recs and prompts (from the kink meme or otherwise) for Phoenix/Franziska.

Harry Potter fic

I've been looking for fic lately where Voldemort acts as a mentor to a "good" character but doesn't have his evil traits toned down. I really like both corruption and redemption plots, and I guess I'm in the mood for the first one now. Romantic/sexual relationship between him and whoever is fine and I have no problem with het or slash.

Fantasy YA without a focus on het romance

I am tired of every single fantasy YA book I find interesting having to include some kind of clichéd forbidden romance. Anyone have recs for something that is either purely gen, or has queer romance instead? Or just stuff where the romance is a background thing.

I'm getting back into the fandom after about a ten year hiatus and idr what's good. I've already re-read The Fifth Act and Green Dreams. It's a big, old fandom though and those are big ships so there's gotta be more than those two.
