I'm hoping that you're a troll. Seriously.

Re: 25

[identity profile] rosehiptea.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:18 am (UTC)(link)
I think they probably are, because they wouldn't have used such a nasty easy-to-respond to phrasing. But maybe I'm giving too much credit.

57, 68

[identity profile] glitterberrys.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:13 am (UTC)(link)
57. Ha, that's hilarious. Arnold was totally going to be the next Bill Gates.

68. The show is just not as much fun without Janice. (Also, I don't like Marvita, but I dislike EVERYONE this season. Every photo from last night blew. But I'll never stop watching!)

8,

[identity profile] cftfic.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:15 am (UTC)(link)
8: I'm more disappointed that Klavier doesn't talk in-game like Gefrierpunkt RP'd him as. That would have been so much fun :(

9: Awesome ending theme is awesome.

49: I've never seen FMA, though I hear it's good... but I know Ready Steady Go from Ouendan. And honestly, I agree with you--I really don't like the song at all. Maybe it's the cover or what, but IAWTS

56: I still enjoy reading some of the fics. I only wish... well, I'm not a big P/E fan, and in general I'm not interested in writing yaoi for the most part... so I feel bad, because I'd like to make some of my own prompts but don't want to without filling out other peoples'. But most of the kinks that interest me are couples that don't, and the couples I like tend to get boring kinks. So I just wish I could contribute more :/

58: Oh god now it's in my head.

56

[identity profile] miss_prince.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 02:17 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, I'm not much into yaoi either. But at least that's shifted somewhat in a Klavier/Apollo direction. This weekend I'm gonna go through the unfilled requests and try to pick up a couple of yuri/gen prompts.

I think the less common pairings get more boring kinks because people want to leave it as open as possible -- they just want to see the pairing. P/E people have a billion generic fics to fall back on, so they get specific.

1) I don't think that's wrong. o.o
3) That's messed up x-x My mom used to be like that (but not that crazy-overprotective), but she's been considerably enlightened over the years.
4) ...and why does masculine=unslashable, now?
18) I remember that!
25) IAWTS, it's disgusting.
26) Wow! Second day in a row with a Pichi Pichi Pitch secret! Caren and Noel are great.
39) People think that?
41) I've never read the manga, but our DOGS cast kind of makes me want to.
46) ...tape them?
52) Why the meganekko hate? And Fuu's glasses are barely even visible!
60) She should have been in the game.
74) I post two a day.
75) ...and second Precure secret in a row! This is a lucky week.

[identity profile] megoomba.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:17 am (UTC)(link)
10. It's not. It's so not. Its a tiny con and poorly run. Save your money and go to Otakon, or AX or ACen.

17. Well, I don't mind stupid and cliche so much. But the writing was just so painfully mediocre and the characters were so two dimensional and boring...

25 & 50

[identity profile] eccehomoinsanus.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:19 am (UTC)(link)
25: Yeah, and you wishing something so vile on people makes you better than them... how? It doesn't asshole; it makes you worse than them, because you obviously have less respect for the victims than the authors of those fics do.

50: The more I look at this one, the more I'm sure it's a repeat. Because I know I've seen it before somewhere...

[Yeah, ignore the RP journal I'm STILL too lazy to log out of ^^]

wah wah wah. just because you love it doesn't mean those who don't are idiots or whatever.

[identity profile] luckypagoda.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:23 am (UTC)(link)
35: Everyone can be fundamentally good, but there are those that are blinded by their own illusions. Light may have been intelligent, but he wasn't really wise.

39: You win +100 points for using the figures from the Asch experiment.

43: I completely agree with this. It's alluring in some very strange way, and I like the way it's set up.

61: Does ... does it really? I wouldn't know.

I thought Tony/Jeff was really canon. I mean, really.

76: I like this.

[identity profile] chaoticchicken.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:24 am (UTC)(link)
17. I love it because it's so cliché and cheesey and like a 14 year old girl wrote it. It appeals to the little girl inside me who just wants to ride into the sunset with a hot guy on a horse. Or a dragon. ;A;

I'm not sure what you mean by "finding your twilight", unless you mean, like... finding a book that really affects you? idk.

Edit; I think those pictures above are really unnecessary, guys. 8(

17. In The Forests Of The Night, by Amelia Atwater-Rhodes. If having a somewhat Suetastic vampire novel to return to when you're feeling down is what you meant by "finding your Twilight"? THAT THERE BE MINE. Risika > Bella, any day. (...yeah I'm bein' a bitch with this. I'm sorry, it's just... there are vampire novels out there that are just as girl-friendly, just as totally not Ann Rice, but better written. Sadly Atwater-Rhodes really went downhill a few novels later....)

25. Wow. Wow. How about you take a little walk outside of Mummy and Daddy's basement, get away from the computer. Breathe outside air. Talk to people. Realize that no matter what it might look like through that glowing magic screen that lets you see the rest of the world, people are not their kinks.

And, y'know. Some survivors still write non-con, and find it kinda hot. Not that you'd know my fandom, but... possessed-by-Canaletto!Jordan x Eva? Hell yes, moar plz. As long as it's well-written and not translated French badfic and we actually get to see the psychological fallout.... God knows I do. Guess I deserve to be raped again, by your logic?

So sorry for not being a wilting little easily-fit-into-a-box flower, forever torn apart and dirtied by what we all know is the only way to break a woman.

I hope you have a very, very unfortunate accident involving a bicycle seat.

74. ...so you're the Sylarfreak?

17. Wasn't the next book about a vampire novel author who had written the first book then had the bad guy from the first book fall in love with her?* That was the more perfect Mary Sue ever. Ah, highschool days.

*and she was the daughter of the more powerful vampire ever.

[identity profile] postal152.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:37 am (UTC)(link)
30. Dude, breaking up Pam/Jim is just... wrong. =P

66. I'll fess up now and say that I've drawn not one, but two fluffy, cracky Mylar pics. I agree with the person who said fluff for this pairing does not even make sense with all that they've put each other through, and I don't even agree with the people that say Mohinder could have changed everything by finding him "soon enough" before he went batshit. Sylar was always batshit-- why else was his mother so afraid of him? xD However, I GREATLY enjoy the thought of Mohinder being with someone who was just like Gabriel Gray-- except without the batshit/killing people part. True, this means that I might as well just change his name, because the craziness is such a huge part of Sylar, but... that's just the way I like it.

That, to me, seems a lot "healthier" than writing endless fics about Sylar and Mohinder actually being involved in their current forms. THAT scares me.

77. Why do I get the feeling I know who you are? Was it H/W? I must admit, I *never* read stories with two authors, simply because I don't understand how a single work of art can be created by two minds equally. That sounds so pretentious. xD Well, if you are who I think you are, I didn't read that fic. Way, *WAY* too long to hold my nonexistent attention span. Dude, I want to know who you are now, though, because I think I really like your stories.

[identity profile] erinmdean.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:37 am (UTC)(link)
20. You're not alone. The only character I've ever disagreed with the writers on. Whatever that means...I think they did him a disservice by turning him into a one-note villain. Or something like that. Or I just think Adam Busch is hot.

69. I can't say I like the covers better...I can say that I finally "got" the Beatles after I watched the movie. It took their music and presented it in a way that made me see its relevance which may or may not be as "blasphemous" as preferring the covers. tl;dr: Julie Taymor got me to love the Beatles.

[identity profile] srsfnbsns.livejournal.com 2008-02-29 12:38 am (UTC)(link)
9. I love the music for the show. It always gets me going. Especially 'Libera me' from Hell

10. Depends on what you mean by "worth it."

16. ...ha ha ha ha ha!!

22. I don't think it's your uterus' fault.

31. If it ever happened, it would be at a con...maybe. Otherwise you're just a nobody like everyone else.

47. KariNeko is still around? I thought after she got kicked off of Y!gallery for being a copyartist she'd just fade away.

72. o.o!

74. Waaah!

I just used that picture in the secret because it was of L.

Sorry.

10. I've always kinda wanted to go there, but I'm afraid it'll be full of all the horrible stereotype crap, and I hate that in my slash.

14. Dude, the eyes tell a lot, but there's so much more to it than that.

24. I lol'd

25. While I can understand where you're coming from (though you're definitely being, um. WAY too harsh about it), everybody gets off to different stuff. If those kinda fantasies are what do it for someone, well, as long as they're not acting them out in real life...

45. I'd still rather have Zack. SOLDIERs > Turks, yo.

49. Definitely not my favorite L'Arc song, either.

25) And wishing actual rape on someone is supposed to give you some moral high ground? No one is injured in rapefic, because it's fictional. Too bad you are too real life crazy to realize that.

Can't remember the episode, but it was in the tenth season. I think it was one of the first episodes, though.
