I feel exactly the same way. I finished the last book some months ago, and since then I haven't been able to listen to that song without crying. I was kinda prepared for Eddie's death, but not for Jake's. :(

19. I do that all the time! Well, except not with hip-hop -- with every song I have ever listened to. Ever since I was ten or so and listened to the Pokemon: The First Movie soundtrack while imagining the characters doing a giant stage show. I have whole imaginary scenarios that play out in my head, which may or may not be in-character.

(You May Be Right by Billy Joel is the Yukari/Nyamo song, btw. SO MUCH SENSE IT MAKES.)

35. I enjoyed it, but it's not the best thing ever, to me. I was far more enamored with Chicago when it came out. Also, I laughed at pretty much every killing scene because the over-the-top spurting blood was absolutely hilarious.

27. The first version of openCanvas is freeware (though I'm not sure if it's as good as the more recent versions or what). I like it better than Photoshop for drawing.

I have so much love for this band! Seeing a secret about them literally make me squee out loud.

Anyway, I can't stand people that claim they are better fans just because they've known the band longer. I only got into JEW after Futures came out. Lurking on the band's message board is what drove me to buy their earlier albums, thus making Clarity my all-time favorite album ever now.

I sometimes wish that I had known about them earlier as well, but I don't think any of this makes me a faker or a bad fan. Their music does something for you, and that is what counts.

I got into them shortly before Bleed American got renamed, but being me, never joined the bandom because honestly fans scare the crap out of me sometimes. :/

I don't think I'm a bad fan (I don't think anyone can be a bad fan, really, unless you go over the stalker line or something) but despite all the music does for me I'd still be ashamed to admit it to their faces, which I guess is probably the stupidest thing since I have no problem telling all my friends to listen to them. But as long as I have them to listen to when I need it, that's good enough for me.
