7- I see what you are saying although most other people here don't seem to get it. Of course het relationships in which a woman dominates exist and of course there are relationships het and gay which have more or less equal power dynamics (during sex or otherwise). That is just great. However if you get turned on by men being dominated during sex, the entrenched social norms of gender and sexuality (which pervade even fandom) kind of dictate that there's going to be somewhat more of this in the slashy side of fandom. So you're going to mainly stay there, because who the fuck wants to wade through all the non-woman!dom het fics to get to the porn they want, especially if it's in a small fandom?

Doesn't mean you don't support equality in relationships on the whole, doesn't mean your views of relationships are necessarily more skewed than other people's, doesn't mean you're going to abandon characterisation due to your kink. It's not that much different from the newest versions, especially for someone just starting out. If you can't even afford the ten dollars and you are a decent artist as you claim, you could probably get a kind soul to buy it for you in exchange for a drawing. :)
