25. Dude, I live in Ireland and I still can't access shit. I mean, I get all the BBCs and Channel 4 and ITV (Which we don't actually watch, because it mostly sucks.) but just because I live in the South the Beeb tells me "NO! >=o".

40. I would think it is awesome. I often think about how people would write about me and my friends if we were famous/television characters and my bff and I have discussed it all. Including the hate!sex thing. -shudders- Usually I don't really mind hate!sex, but I know who I'd be having it with and it's disturbing.

But not so disturbing that I think RPF is a huge evil or anything.

So where's YOUR original work, if you're such an expert on creativity and imagination? I bet even if you post a link, and I read it, I can pick out at least three other pieces of material that are similar to this hypothetical creative work.

Also, you're not even creative enough to not make your secret look so bland. Not to mention you didn't even care enough to save it at a decent quality level.

Not "outwardly submissive," no, but neither is Ishida. I couldn't really think of a phrase that I wanted to use that fit, really, and that bugged me a lot. I really just meant the quieter, somewhat shy/sensitive characters, but I didn't know how to word that correctly (and that still doesn't fit). You do know what I mean, though, right?

I just used a picture of the footwashing scene 'cause I needed a picture that showed what I was trying to say - I didn't even watch the anime. :/

I was my own fandom for that movie. I bought the soundtrack (on CD!), kept clippings of every photo I could find from every magazine and review, and wished I could kill Alice (because she's supposed to die) and be Uncas' girlfriend.

But when I watched it again years later, I realized it's kind of a crap movie, but with a good score.

i write fanfic occasionally and i'm eighteen. but i'm far more involved in the original writing i do. i just do fanfic because it entertains me on a more superficial level and it's easier to show people.

i know a lot of fanfic writers who have original stuff on the side, too. :/ you should think about things like that first.

35. As someone who *almost* has a PhD in English, with a specialty in American Literature, I have read the entire five book Leatherstocking cycle (which is not something I recommend). And there is a set of academics who believe (in this hypothetical academic way) that Natty and Chingachgook are totally doing it.

9. I've never seen that series, know no one who likes it, know nothing ABOUT it, and have been using that word on a semi-regular basis for a good portion of my life. Probably, maybe, possibly, I'm not alone in that. I guess you're talking about people within the fandom though.

I just find it sort of odd. I really didn't assume that anyone was using it because of a show, but rather because it was an obvious derivative, like 'freak' or 'flip' or something. I don't think I'm going to refrain from using it now, but at least if someone comments on it, I won't be completely mystified.
