I would go so far as to say that about anyone who is extremely involved in any anime fandom. When I "see" a fanfic author (especially one who writes often), no matter what, I imagine a lonely, fat person behind the words.

Haha, true, true. Just how many renditions of "(insert popular story here)" do people think there have to be before someone gets sick of it? But that applies to all fics across the board. I admit that I can enjoy both slash and het, so long as it's written well, but I've also found that a LOT of the het writers are the young ones who are just as likely to write the clichéd plots with bad grammar. Either way, it's just too much of a pain to search for good fic.

Man, I feel like a loser just thinking about this.

Actually, "exploring relationships" = taking two or more characters, whatever gender, and exploring different dynamics, such as friendships, familial bonds, loving relationships, and yes, sex (with or without love attached to it) to see what changes that makes to the relationship. Two guys, two girls, a guy and a girl, doesn't seem to matter, their interactions will be different depending on if they're best friends, if one's dating the other's sister, if they're secret looooovers like that song I forget most of the words of, etc etc. I understand if that's a little long-winded for your brain to handle, though.

If you're actually asking instead of just confirming here, I'm gonna have to say you get a 0 for reading comprehension. Hmmm, not turned on by male bodies including dicks, rather happy with female T&A, I'd say that makes me a lesbian! Of course, if the nice anonymous on the other side of the Internet who has never met me in real life and has no idea who I am thinks they can diagnose my sexuality much more accurately than I myself can, feel free to give it a shot~

It's selfish to write pairings that don't exist in canon? So what is it when somebody writes a gen fic or a fic about a canon pairing? Are they generously giving something to somebody?

There's nothing more selfish about writing a slash pairing, a het pairing, a canon pairing or a gen fic. It's not like the characters exist somewhere and are hurt by it. People who like the story appreciate it and now you've given them something. You're supposed to be writing your own desires for the piece. That's the point. What's to feel guilty about?

Actually, I can account that there were, for sure, at least 3 different anons involved here: the original anon, me, and then you. Unless you are the original anon here? I was the anon BL fan that can't read most fanfic because of the poor quality. But anyway, even if a troll wrote the secret, I think most people completely overlooked the actual point of it because of their knee-jerk reactions (just look at everyone who DID rise to the bait).
