Cold and cloudy today, supposed to rain tomorrow.

Cloudy and cool, but no rain. Rain is really needed because the oak pollen is ridiculously high right now. I had to take my inhaler 4 times today, and I've been maxing out on benadryl. Luckily, I had nowhere to be and nothing to do.

Well it got up to 70 today and tomorrow we might have snow. So, a bit temperamental right now.

Warm and sunny. It's supposed to rain on Saturday, but we'll see.

Cool, overcast, supposed to get the Pineapple Express (big tropical storm blowing up from Hawaii) tomorrow some time, and they're predicting at least 2 inches of rain for where I'm at.

Really warm, but overcast.

Hit 90F today. I really don't want it to get to 100F in April because that means it will probably be a longer, hotter summer. And Southern Arizona's summer are long and hot enough. Not holding out much hope, though, Tuesday's predicted high is 96F.

Cold. As in 20 degrees below normal. We should be at about 10C, and we're looking at a high of -12C, and a low of -23C. The snow will never ever leave. :-(

Slowly, slowly edging towards snow-melting-season (known as "spring" in lesser cruel parts of the world)

by which I mean that temperatures are mostly above freezing during daytime and sometimes we even have sun and stuff

Mine:

Reality: So You Think You Can Dance (I love rewatching the earlier seasons)
Scifi: Babylon 5 slightly edges out Doctor Who
Fantasy: Legend of the Seeker
Comedy: How I Met Your Mother. Possibly the only comedy I like that lasted more than a very short time (Galavant and Powerless were great but shortlived)
Drama: Madam Secretary is more of an older people show probably, but it is honestly great.
Crime: Criminal Minds
Medical: ER
HIstorical: Spartacus. I'm shallow. Give me all the nudity.
Anime: Rurouni Kenshin. Probably the only Anime I've watched all the way through.
Action: MacGyver (original)

Depression and Anger

Those of you with depression that manifests itself as irritability/anger. How do you deal with. Some days things set me off so much I feel like I am going to break my teeth from clenching them.
