136. I did that when I was a kid too. Only I kept it all inside my head (though I drew fanart); memories of silly plots are better than evidence of bad writing, I suppose. I even had an OC: a black cat named Sonja who was the girlfriend of Snoopy's brother Rover (he was the one that played the dobro in Snoopy's Reunion). ...I can't believe I remember her name.

So see? You're not alone. Of course your writing and plot ideas have improved since then. You'll do fine. And you know what? Even if they haven't, well, some help from your friends and some well-placed concrit will help you improve it, then. And you're old enough now to know whether someone actually knows what the hell they're talking about, or are just being nice. You're old enough to be honest to, now.

156. I AM IN LOVE WITH YOU THIS SHOW. I'll readily admit, however, that the first few episodes can be a bit slow-paced and confusing if you just dump it upon someone with no warning; but on the other hand, if they can't stand the first three episodes? Well, they just don't deserve to see the fourth one that just might actually finally make sense to their plebeian mind. "Hey, it has a plot now!" Oy, it always did!

Nevertheless, I always recommend it, with the highest accolades, as my favorite anime, to absolutely everyone who asks for one.

I get what you're saying, because if they only KNEW he was an attempted-rapist, baby/baby-mother killer, they'd probably think TWICE. HOPEFULLY. Because, fucked UP.

But! I think Alan Moore wrote a VERY GOOD book. And The Comedian is definitely supposed to be...slightly ambiguous. Do we HATE him for all of that? Do we laud him for being a 'forward-thinker', the way some of the vigilantes (Rorschach?) did, though uncomfortably. He was supposed to be the catalyst that changed warfare and the war, and then...he was Silk Spectre's DAD and, creepily enough, Sally Jupiter FORGAVE him. LOVED him even.

BASICALLY, I feel like he's a character that makes you ill-at-ease because there ARE likable things about him, even if he's a monster.

Which! I think is how most people are, realistically, anyway. BLAHBLAHBLAH. Sorry.

117. I can see where you come from, but as it has already been stated, there aren't many girls to choose from. An, Tomoka, Sakuno, Miyuki, Nanako (Ryoma's cousin), Akutsu's mother, Yumiko Fuji, Hannah (Tezuka's German coach in the anime), Kotoha (the "fangirl")m the kids from the dating sims... and aside of them? If you accept the fact that Classic Who and New Who are two different things, you can enjoy it. New Who is half crack to me whereas Classic Who is nostalgia. And come on - some of the Classic Who plots were pretty ridiculous, too. And some of the companions were just plain forgettable. I love Classic Who, but sorry it's true.
