Ouch >_O I wasn't crazy for his Joker either, but there were certain aspects I could enjoy about his portrayal of the character. Agreeing on the note that I'm pleased he won't be making a comeback. A majority of his fanbase is annoying enough from this movie.

I'm curious as to why you didn't like it. I'm not trying to flame, I just sincerely can't see how anyone could have been disappointed with it, unless you don't like the whole mood of the new movies in the first place.

117 - Cry moar. There are roughly a hundred male characters in the manga, with only about five females similarly featured - of course it is a yaoi-heavy fandom. There's nothing wrong with het fic, whether it's with Sakuno or with original characters, I'm sorry you aren't finding a good selection: maybe you should start writing some yourself.

122 - I loved this series, but Carter's plotlines and writing from about season 7 on killed any interest I had in any future movies. What I've seen in previews/reviews hasn't changed that. Plus, the bastard killed off Krycek. *pouts*

172 - I really liked both performances, for very different reasons. The Joker was dangerous and exciting; Harvey Dent was a good man who suffered greatly and completely fell apart.

101. I have the same fear, except it's more for keeping all the slash and NSFW images from my homophobic relatives. If they found out, it would be so catastrophic I don't even want to think about it. I think it's probably more of an association thing. Sometimes you can't look past the character to see the actor, especially if in one of the pics, he's shooting a pregnant woman in the head and in the other he's just about to attempt raping the woman in the photo with him.

Kino's Journey? I agree. If they do dislike it, I point fingers at a Debbie Downer.

AzuManga was better as a manga. The anime wasn't funny as much as it was annoying and loud.

Why choose the picture for the Yuugiou Movie as your BG when the movie sucked so much ass? Yuugiou is so...so... yes. Amazing. Psychological mindfuck when you really look into it. Especially with Mariku and Malik.

My favorite anime is Kino's Journey (<3), and my second favorite is Azumanga Daioh, actually.

I did love the 4koma, but...how could you expect the anime to not be annoying and loud? It has Tomo in it! (lulz.) I didn't find the anime to be like that at all though...but then the one DVD I own of it has the sequence with Osaka and friends on the roof, yawning and very slowly falling asleep. Just like life for a high schooler, I suppose it has its quiet parts and its loud parts. Overall I find the tone of the show rather relaxed.
