That's fair. I actually do like the idea of a divine pairing but kind of wish more had happened "this time"? Not romantically or anything, but it just seemed that there was supposed to be this inevitable tragedy, only for them to do a two-second "not this time, haha!" and resolution. I'm not disappointed in the events themselves, but I wish they had been done better.

I haven't gotten around to watching The Guardians yet, but Waititi directed the only MCU film I've deemed worthy of a rewatch, so I guess I agree.

So it's a series? I didn't realize that, I thought there was just one. Anyway, I'm glad to hear you're enjoying them because I was thinking the other day that I wanted to read it.

And I totally agree with you about the whole "money doesn't buy happiness" thing. Money solves a lot of problems and makes life a lot easier even if it doesn't technically make you "happy" (depending on your definition of happy, I guess).
