154 - in general? yes. re your specific example, what show are you watching?? the entire last two seasons have been about jenny's downfall, and how her bitchiness and callousness are only causing problems. i do not care what anyone says, i will defend jenny until the day i die, she is the most awesome character on that show. she fucks up, ALOT, but she pays for it and she learns from it and that's why i love her.

I was all about the Beetlejuice cartoon, it was my favourite thing ever. In fact, I think BJ/Lydia was my first ship.

...I'm confused? The movie never says that Amalthea is 16 (or any age at all!), and it actually follows the book pretty closely -- they seem to have left out things (e.g. the village below Haggard's castle), but what did go in wasn't altered much (all I remember offhand is the bit with the outlaws). I grant it's been about three years since I read the book, but I remember thinking while reading that it was really awfully similar, and not being surprised at all to learn that Peter Beagle worked with the movie-makers.

Where are all these delusional fangirls proclaiming Amalthea's age? And what gigantic unforgivable changes do you think they made? I'm really curious, because like I said, to me they seemed remarkably coordinated with each other.
