How freaking amazingly angsty and tragic would it be if they've been having amazing violent sex but, you know, still hate each other and stuff, (though in my head Tybalt is kind of in love with Mercutio but doesn't want to admit it and resents Mercutio for it and hates himself even more for it, but Mercutio is totally just in it for the sex and his ability to infuriate Tybalt) so, you know, all throughout the duel Mercutio mocks him a little more than he can stand and then BAM FIGHT DEATH! (Besides Mercutio hardly fought back when Romeo killed him. Why d'you think that is, hmm?)

101. MOTHERFUCKING YES. I'm so glad that I had those books when I was a kid because I'd weep if I was stuck with just Twilight. (I wish they'd reprint the Last Vampire series so bad; my sister lost most of her copies of them.)

In a slight twist on this secret, I resent myself for not crying for Zelos when I have cried about characters I don't feel so strongly for. That... isn't really relevent at all though, is it?

I think crying at fiction is but one of the great indicators of human empathy, and I rather like it. There's something gloriously satisfying about shedding tears for the sake of a character, I find. I can definitely see that being a personal thing, though.

To be fair, he was mostly just trying to wake her up and then to take care of her when he realised she wasn't waking up, but I'm not sure what to think about the bit where he took her to watch the sunset... that didn't seem to have much purpose. IMHO, he wasn't taking advantage of her, he was just confused and worried about her and wanting to carry on showing her his world like he did before she found the plant.

-TL;DR reply from a diehard fan who's wondered about this scene as well. Seriously, though, I don't think he would ever take advantage of EVE in anyway. He just doesn't think that way.

I'd love the world to be able to say "We love who we love, regardless of race or gender, it's the heart and soul that matters." How likely is it to happen, though? 111. I'm not sure what's weirder - the copypasta from the Phantom secret, or the fact that I recognised the copypasta from the Phantom secret. (Also, both the film and the book are made of win, for different reasons. The book is truly beautiful, but the film, though much simpler, is really effective for what it is, and has those songs that were the soundtrack to my entire childhood... But now I don't know whether you actually meant to make that point.)

148. OMG YES. I thought I was the only one, because I do watch it with the slash-goggles on (I can see Paul/practically everybody, to be honest) but this is definitely my EM:HD OTP and I really want to believe it's true, too. Omg I'm so glad someone else sees it. :D
