I can't think of anyone specific I'm a fan of whom I know needs some de-jerkification, so I'll just say anyone who has raped, assaulted, or molested someone... I'd change it so they hadn't hurt anyone. Not because I care about those celebrities anymore for their own sake, mind you.

Chris Pratt. I miss when he seemed to just be a doofy guy with a reasonable sense of humility, rather than the pompous arrogant asshole he's become.

What I'd change? I'd take his salary down a few notches and I'd shut down his absolute garbage mega-church, though I'm not sure that doing that wouldn't just make him more zealous. Get it through to him that Jesus would be horrified and saddened by the beliefs of the company he keeps, I guess?

I'm to the point that I don't want to know what an actor (writer, musician, etc.) is like in real life because I want to know that they're a jerk.

They'll put a little paragraph before the story: "This novel contains sexual themes, including [relationship configuration], [specific kinks], and moments of [whatever else might be relevant]."

And a lot of emphasis on recuperation after trauma, instead of just, "Next chapter they're fine."

Or at least, those are things that make me *think* they have a background in fanfic.

Red Candles game 'Devotion' pulled from Steam

For those who haven't heard, Taiwanese game dev Red Candles recently released this little psychological horror called Devotion. There was a graphic in the game making fun of Xi Jinping - they got negative review bombed from Chinese reviewers and removed from Chinese Steam a couple days ago. Now they're pulled from Steam completely.

I bought it yesterday and was going to finish it tonight. I'm just. Enraged. They're saying it's because of technical issues and apologizing for the "sensitive art material issue" but it's just censorship.
