I've always kinda questioned why Shaymin became so popular all of a sudden. I prefer Shaymin to Skymin and it seems like no one appreciated it until OMG IT HAS A MOVIE AND ANOTHER FORM COOL. idk. I just completely missed where it became so loved. One day it was ignored, the next, everyone adores it. 8[ If people wanna go crazy over it, fine, so long as they stick to that and don't start infringing on my collection wants over at pkmncollectors. 8DD

I reread the series (or...well, some/most of it, anyway. I stopped before it started sucking ;_;) recently, and was amazed by their relationship. Mostly how Marco was so, so into Rachel.

Yes! And yet he never really pursued her, which just made me love it more. There was some kind of awesome almost-romantic understanding going on there.

I'm really tempted to reread now. Except that I took out most of the Marco books a while back so that I could go through them for quotes and stuff, and now I can't find them. :(

Really? I know Lockon/Tieria's popular, but Lockon/(H)Allelujah and (H)Allelujah/Tieria seem just as popular to me. I guess if your OTP is (other Meister)/Setsuna or something outside the Meisters entirely, you're out of luck, though. Which sucks, since mine is (H)Allelujah/Soma, and...yeah.

I started out thinking Lockon/Tieria was outright adorable, until the fandom got saturated with it. I don't mind it so much, but it's also pretty much everywhere (and Allelujah/Tieria is seriously popular in the Japanese fandom).
