I picked up the first book in the series at an airport while waiting for a friend and started reading. And stared. I then called a friend and started reading a paragraph to her from the book.

123: Well, you're kind of a bitch (as people have stated), though I do somewhat agree. I don't mind people loving just the popular series (and just because they are popular does NOT mean they are the cream of the crop), but I wish those people would shut up a bit more. Eh heh... I know many of them. Inu Yasha isn't that great. ~_~

I'm a huge DT fan (and yes, I'd hit that with the power of a lead pipe), but whenever I'm fangirling over him with friends, I'm the first to point out that he's not very photogenic. A lot of shots of him are unflattering.
I still think he's absolutely gorgeous, and seems like a really awesome person in general. So, to each his own, I suppose. I just have a thing for skinny, mousy, British men.

Not sure what exactly your point was, but I'm pretty sure most fans of David Hewlett DO know about his other movies. Most have probably gone out and bought most of them if they could.

For me "Cube" was the first movie I bought and watched once I became a fan, and yes in some ways you're right Cube is better - but it's also a totally different kind of entertainment.

As a yaoi fangirl, I'd just like to say that I am perfectly fine with Zelda being Sheik. Hell, I figured Sheik was Zelda from the beginning. We're not all rabid and crazy!
