I'm pretty sure that the image is from this horror manga where there's this special corpse-rotting bacteria that produces a lot of methane gas, and then there's machines that carry the corpses around which uses as its energy source the pressure generated by the gas building up in the corpses. A technological way of generating pseudo-zobmies. [C&P'd from an early comment]

157. Unless you are Japanese, or FAMOUS famous, you will never ever ever EVER work in Japan in their video game industry. It just doesn't happen. They don't hire Gaijin. You have a better chance of being hit by lightning. Go to college for concept development/animation/game design, etc. They'll tell you there too. They'll knock a few more reality bumps into your head.
