I knew Garo wasn't going to win Project Runway, but I liked his stuff best. I love corsets. And he was happy and excited to design for plus-size women. And he made them look good. Yes, he had some issues with that one dress, so I knew he wouldn't win. Still sad, though.

Gaolers have made me excited about flightRising again. The weird thing is, they are just as fluffy as Tundras. And I hate Tundras because of their fluff. But I love Goalers. Not sure why. But they are cute and I want them all.

I liked Avengers:Endgame except for Steve's ending. The rest of it was genuinely enjoyable. I went in thinking I was going to hate it, but I really didn't until those last few minutes.

not sure if a secret but ... i saw HVFF drowing the minute i realized just how many of them popped up all over the states. That amount of venues and events (adding london and a potential german location) ca, in no way be sustainable. But nobidy listened to the critics and now its dying a slow and painful death. I do feel sorry for everyone who is owed money tho. Theyll probably never see another cent.

I clearly have no sense of what makes a movie good. I saw Men in Black: International. I loved it. I was genuinely shocked when I saw the reviews. I mean, I didn't think it was an amazing movie. But I thought it was genuinely fun, well acted, and decent. Certainly not worthy of 25% on Rotten Tomatoes.

Not bothering with anon. I love Criminal Minds. But binge-watching reminded me how much they differ in how they show male vs. female unsubs. Almost all female unsubs are portrayed as symathetic. Almost no male unsubs are. And with two different unsubs with similar backgrounds in terms of abuse, the male with the same background will not get the sympathy the female gets. It isn't always true. Sometimes male unsubs get sympathetic stories. But then the entire episode is framed differently and you can tell from the beginning that we are meant to sympathize with them.

It grosses me out whenever I see a celeb article featuring a celeb and their "look-a-like" kid. I mean, sure, some of them greatly resemble their parents, but I just find it messed up to make such a big deal about it, as though the kid wouldn't have their own identity or something.

I like to read anime reviews. Not because I want to get a seasoned blogger or veteran anime fan’s opinions on animes I watch, but because the animes I pick up are slept on all the time and I want to know that I’m not the only one enjoying them.

I know this is dumb but because I don’t know how to make friends in anime fandom, I need to settle for the next best thing.

I think it's pretty questionable to insist characters who are forced to crossdress by abusive parents etc. are canonically trans, let alone good representation for trans characters.

Because of that perfume secret a few days ago:

I've always been super interested to know what those fanmade character-inspired perfumes that were popular some years ago smell like but I'm pretty sure I'd have hated most of them because I tend to dislike most perfumes and also wouldn't necessarily agree with the scent choices.

I keep telling my friend I'm not really interested in the shows she keeps reccing me but the main reason I'm not watching them is because I'm petty and she keeps ignoring all the things I'm reccing to her.

I finished Manhunt: Unabomber and was completely fucked up by the scene where the Unabomber sees nature for the last time. Paul Bettany was so good. ;_;

I tend to side-eye real-person shippers, but I know, if Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny ever got together officially (even after all these years), the twelve-year-old TXF fan in me would squeal in delight.

Whenever someone mentions Cassandra Clare, I kinda want to say "I knew her! She was the worst!" Except I didn't really know her. I was just in the HP fandom at the same time and remember all the wank.

Bonus Secret: I thought that her one Draco fic was going to be the Harry Potter version of Freaky Friday and was very disappointed.

I kind of hate Cosplay and seeing it in the tags for fandoms I'm in always makes me cringe. It's the main reason I don't go to conventions, too.

Part of this might be that most Cosplayers I've met were super conceited, self absorbed people.

I loved parts of the Good Omens series, especially the new material for Aziraphale and Crowley, but there were parts that made me cringe, too, specifically Adam telling Pepper “say what you believe” just so she could quote Tori Amos.

Along with Brian and Wensleydale, saying they believed in a clean environment and healthy lunch, it was too hokey-inspirational after school special. Add in Satan actually showing up just so Adam could “you may have been my father, but you weren’t my real dad” him out of existence, and the whole confrontation felt underwhelming.

I always wish that a thing of mine will have a fandom and deep down I feel like if I create something and it doesn't part of me will be a little crushed. I know that probably makes me sound conceited or selfish and horrible but it's the truth. I just wanna see fan interpretations and opinions on my work!

I don’t even know if he’ll still be into acting by then, but I kind of want him to play Rumpelstiltskin if Disney decides to make a Once Upon a Time movie in 20 years.

This is the kid who played young Henry Mills on OUAT. I dunno who the casting company sold their souls to, but they were really good at their jobs.

I’ve never crushed on any of the MCU characters. Heroes, villains, sidekick/support characters... nothing. But after seeing Nick Fury make goo-goo noises at an (alien) cat and do dishes while singing Hey Mr. Postman, I may be a little bit smitten.

I was at a Rammstein concert a few nights ago and realized really how much impact the band has had in my life - because of a process that started with them I moved to Germany and studied Criminal Psychology.

Overall, I really enjoyed the Good Omens adaptation, but having a narrator (even if the narrator is God Herself) kicked my enjoyment down a notch. I love the book, but I didn’t watch the filmed version to have pages of it read to me. Either find a way to show me the relevant parts onscreen, or leave them out.
