I am seriously two episodes away from finishing the fifth season. I've been putting off watching these episodes for almost a week now...

136. I TOTALLY AGREE!!! I'm a 16 year old female and I love Pendragon (I ship him and Loor, btw. Screw Courtney.) I grew up with this series and hate that the fandom is prepubescent ickfest.

161. HELL YES! I don't ship her and Ichigo, but I hate everyone who says that she doesn't matter just because she cried a few times. and shows how she feels. Come on, she got herself kidnapped and is willing to die to her friends won't get hurt. Honestly, I think that she's the strongest female in the whole series.

I was attracted to Higgins right from the start because he's played by Brendan Coyle but I can totally understand your reasons for finding him more attractive than Thornton. It's for similar reasons I think Thornton is better than Darcy.

As for shipping him with Margaret, I can understand that too even though I don't share the sentiment. I think it's because I believe John and Margaret are so perfect for each other, I just can't ship them with anyone else. I would actually LOVE to ship John and Nicholas but I've just never been able to do it.

YES. THIS, EXACTLY THIS. xD I've been hoping for the same thing for months now. I can't stand the official message boards, and I'm just really glad that I talked my friends into it so I can have a decent discussion about the books. They're not the best thing ever, but they're fun and I love the characters.

I'm all for female characters being mentally strong and/or role models in general, but there's nothing wrong for me with a female characters that isn't a good role model or just morally very questionable. The girl in my icon for example is racist and crazy (among other things; though she doesn manage to over her racism at the end of the series if you trust that one wedding picture, and she does go through some positive character development...), but I love her anyway.
