I was never really a Huddy shipper (I do prefer it by leaps and bounds to House/Cameron) but I find PI/Cuddy (Puddy? Duddy? Luddy?) to be adorable.

Although, I still would not mind if House and Cuddy started sexing because it would be very hot.

158) Yes, some parts are boring, but the book overall really is brilliant. I don't know how far you got when you tried to read it but I'm sure there are characters in there you can relate to if you look for them. Give it a chance and appreciate the depth of the story. :)

126. I thought she was cooler than sliced bread when the show first aired. But with each passing season she became whinier, more selfish, immature and stupid. (Honestly, running away without any future plans or calling the people back home? Idiot.) By the end of the fifth season I almost gave up on the show together. But everyone else was so awesome that I continued watching. (Even with the lame magic = drugs storyline.)

But, yeah, I agree with you.

you can keep your shallow "fantasy". if i feel like reading something that has weight and meaning and relevance, you can be sure i won't be reading harry fucking potter. but it's obvious you have no idea what good literature is if the only good point you can find for lord of the rings is that androgynous orlando bloom was hot in the movies. seriously, maybe you should just give up on books altogether then.

108. Why hate Rolo? In the end, he racked up a much lower body count than the Nunners did during her stint as Schneizel's bitch. Oh man, at one point I wanted her to die so badly, but I'm glad she stuck around to provide those wails that made Turn 25 so deliciously heartbreaking.

127. This. No, really, I'll give her fair treatment in fic and everything, but I shouldn't even have to pretend to like well-written characters.

A serious question, though: I'm really curious as to why people hate CG fandom so much. Is it too loud? It's a big fandom, and I don't find it to be significantly more obnoxious than many others of its size. Does it produce tons of shitty fic? There's barely any fanwork to speak of, last I looked. Are people wanking too much about the ending? It was purposely left open-ended, how was this not to be expected?

Honestly, the only reason I can think of is fans' insistence that the show is the best thing ever, but I don't actually run into it that often these days. Isn't the general consensus that CG was trainwreck-ish and overrated but still extremely entertaining?

In before someone points out that not being aware of the problem means that I am part of the problem.
