Vivaldi's Four Seasons. I know, stereotypical. But so pretty.

Mozart's Magic Flute. Story has some problems and all. But I fell in love with the music as a kid, and it is still beautiful.

Faure, Requiem, Pelleas et Melisande, Sicilienne, Berceuse, honestly I like most things Faure did.

Richard Strauss, Elektra, Der Rosenkavalier (I love Der Rosenkavalier so much), Ariadne auf Naxos. Bela Bartok, Bluebeard's Castle. Rachmaninoff, second and third concertos.

my jazz tastes are real basic and hard-boppy and i've never figured out free jazz or modern jazz and i've accepted that about myself

Handel – And the Glory of the Lord. Elation in musical form.
Mendelssohn-Bartholdy – Hebrides Ouverture. I can (and do) listen to this for hours.
Holst – Second Suite. I keep catching myself humming parts of this.
Heiner Wiberny – Ulla in Africa. Groovy.
Marc Mellits – Splinter. It's fascinating. Very straight forward.

(Johan de Meij – Wind in the Willows. I love the first movement especially, and how its theme echoes through the whole piece.
Oscar Navarro – Libertadores. Beautiful melodies and clever rhythmic elements.)

Ah, man. I love a lot of stuff, but my memory sucks for names so....who fucking knows! I like a lot of Aron Copeland's stuff, and as for jazz, Dave Bruebeck's stuff is very nice.

For books, I really love The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman. I can't think of any serious ghost horror novels I am super into.

I do love ghost/haunted movies. My favorites are The Others, The Conjuring, The Grudge, and The Sixth Sense. A lot of 'The's there.

My town had all the popular local legends. We had a Cry Baby Bridge and Happy Dog (ghost dog who chases people in a certain area in vengeance of his owner).

Ghost/creepy stories: Mask of the Red Death by Poe, Augst Heat by W.F. Harvey and one that was in a ghost story collection book in my native language that I had as a kid called Freund Heiner by Lothar Sauer.

Favourite haunted place and its attached stories: The Waverly Hills Sanatorium.

(Yeah that's wack, the whole, you made this against my wishes, thing.)

My secret: Recently I found out three of my fics were copied over to a Russian fanfic site without my knowledge. Everyone is all up in arms over this, but to be honest, my first reaction was that I was flattered. I'm such a fandom nobody that this just doesn't ever happen to me. But uh, I have a feeling none of the other outraged authors would appreciate me saying that in public.

I saw that! Why would they comment in this kind of post if they didn't want their secret made??

My secret is that I don't care about Americans puritanical outlook towards nudity. I hate the fact that swearing is not allowed on most channels. You can kill someone but not say 'fuck'? Also, it ruined one of the best lines on TWD show.

Turn modern AUs are really disappointing! What I wouldn't give to have a fic that deals with George Washington having a secret relationship with Benjamin while being the president of the US on modern times
