I happen to be very good friends with many people involved in two of the Roller Derby districts. If you made a manga, they would probably hate it and make fun of it regularly. Especially the "yuri subtext". Hate to break it to you, but most of those girls are just oldskool punk girls who appreciate a bit of violence, and most have boyfriends. Just sayin'.
