Well there are a few reasons

1. The stuff that happened within Endeavor's family is not public
2. Mole vs. loyal followerer shipping. Give me that angsssssssst
3. I think Hawks's thoughts toward Endeavor are a bit more complex than just "superfan." Him being a fan doesn't mean he can't be critical.

There's going to predictably be conflict where either Dabi slightly redeems himself/just goes to jail or dies, so I'm here for the sweet sweet angst.

I've never watched a single minute of this show, but at this point I have to wonder - when will it end? Is it just going to keep going until we have Harry and Meghan's wedding re-enacted on TV, less than a decade after it actually happened? Because that would be - forgive me, 'The Crown' fans - weird as fuck.
