135. It's okay, I'm obsessed with the buckles on Mal's shirt in Serenity. But that's because the costume designer is a subtle genius (she had absolutely NO budget for the original show)

138. The only thing that slightly bothered me after Season 3 was the Carson clone and McKeller. Otherwise, meh... it was a good show and Season 5 had some of the best episodes. To each their own, I guess.

Season 3-5 had Todd, he's been in about 15 episodes and is more interesting than some of the characters that have been in the show from the beginning.

McKeller = bleh. I was of the opinion that just because two guys were openly interested in her, that shouldn't mean that she has to end up with either of them. She should have ended up with someone else, if only to see Rodney looking butthurt

Oh, and did you see not secret 1? I think Awesomeangel (person in fandom I think is most likely to have made this secret) should move out of her parents' basement

149. It's never a good idea to tell people in fandom what to write. Are you addressing the entirety of your fandom or just one person? I'm not a porn fan, myself, but I've found that it's best to live and let live. As soon as you start telling people what to do, or insulting people for what they do, they get mad at you, you wind up causing wank, etc.

Just seek out other writers if you can? Genfic exists for most fandoms, even if you have to look for it. I have no idea what your fandom is, but if you turn over the right stones, I'm sure you'll find something that caters, at least somewhat, to the themes you like.

Hell, I have *weird* tastes and I consistently find fics to read in fandoms I like that fit right into them.

152 - The "Twilight" series has an odd appeal to it --somehow the writing is addictive despite its inherent suckage/badness. But Bella... if it IS possible for a canon character to be Mary Sue, I truly believe she is. If you read the whole story (and have the same definition of Mary Sue that I do, I suppose, which I've always thought was the all-fandom definition),then you'd see that. She:
* Has almost all the boys fall for her
* Notices all the unusual things about the Cullens and is suspicious about them when no one else is
* Is the sole love interest of a 'vampire' who, in 108 years, has NEVER been interested in anyone else; his explanation? She smells good. Or something like that.
* Her lone "flaw" is that she's a klutz. So much so that it serves as an explanation for when she's nearly killed by a hungry vampire. None of her family members or school "friends" think that explanation is the least bit suspicious.
* When she finally "turns," this supposedly ordinary-looking girl becomes a "supermodel" and doesn't have any of the problems that newborn vamps usually do. Her unique attribute of "shielding" becomes her super-speshul-awesome power that makes her even MORE wonderful, because she can use it to stop the Biggest Baddies that ever Badded and they'll retreat without even ripping a limb off. She'd heralded as an awesome girl, lover/wife, friend, and mother when she's not even 19, has no interest in living her life or pursuing a higher education-- because she's "perfect" the way she is!

...I'd say all that qualifies as a step up from "idiot," but maybe that's just me.

105. I prefer dubs not because I'm too lazy to read subtitles, is that I'm so insanely ADD I can't just WATCH something and pay attention. I have to be doing something else while I watch it so if there's subs I tend to look away for a second and miss something.
Dub translations tend to be more accurate anyway.

111 I think it disappeared because it got really... um bad. The first season or first part of the series was really awesome, I still like it even, but the rest was kindf of I dunno, didn't have the same appeal... at least to me.

Yeah, the fandom is pretty... dead nowadays, and since the new season is new characters, I don't know how much of a revival it'll have, if any at all. BUT THERE'S STILL BEYBLADE FANS HIDING OUT I'm 20, going on 21, and it's still one of my top 3 favorite anime, so don't feel bad D:, YOU JUST HAVE TO LOOK FOR US~
