Not the OP, but i really don't get what the big deal is. How does a misspelling suddenly detract from the point of the message? Or maybe it's just that my own dyslexia has made me a little more sympathetic to people who typo and don't catch it than the rest of the internet, since I have to reread everything forward and backward and then forward again and still don't always catch my letter swaps.

See, DC had bought the rights to Charlton Comics, so Alan Moore based his idea around those characters, but DC freaked when they found out what he was planning, so he made entirely new characters based on the older ones.

Oh man, that was a fun... um.. half hour(?) of my life. For some reason I couldn't get into Chrono Cross, but this really sealed the deal and ended the series (in a good way) for me! It was thoroughly enjoyable.

I don't ship them but hot damn, that game was fun. :D

On the surface, sure, there are a few similarities between the main characters, but you could say this about many authors.
Then again, I am biased, since John Green is easily one of my favorite people in the entire world. I've read each of his books a few times over, and I always manage to get something different from them every time.

Nobody's obligated to like every character. As long as you're not saying "John Oliver is a terrible correspondent and everyone who likes him is a moron," there's nothing wrong with admitting, "hey, the Brit? Not my favorite."

(Of course, there will always be people who read "I'm not a fan of John-O" and believe it means "John-O sucks and his fans are morons." These people, however, need to get a grip.)

Actually, I didn't like any of them because The Matrix was a pale rip off of The Invisibles. I thought the philosophy was the worst kind of junk, and the science was beyond bad batteries?! are you fucking kidding me?. The technical proficiency of the first one is the reason I watched it, the sound, editing and the effects are amazing. The script was terrible. The sequels then took a flawed premise and made it worse.

If you want to have an argument over "not getting it" at least pick a work where there's something to "get". Go read some Phillip K. Dick or something.
