117. Lol I really find this mentality completely ridiculous. People like what they like, it doesn't mean they're stupid if they don't like something, and it definitely doesn't mean they're smart because they do. People like shit they don't understand all the time, because they're pretentious and want to seem smart. I found the second two Matrix movies completely uninspired and faintly ridiculous. The first one was exciting and the ideas were creative. The second two weren't even memorable for me. I don't take this as any evidence to my intelligence at all. I take it as evidence to my taste in movies. I don't like action movies that have no deeper substance to them. The second two Matrix movies didn't seem to have anything substantial behind them, they were just "oh look how badass Neo is, let's count how many seconds of ~intense silence~ Keanu Reeves puts between each word!"
