I love these books. Lovelovelove. And kind of want to write a little mostly-friendship-but-with-the-odd-benefits fic for Locke and Jean. I wish I could more eloquently express my absolute awe for the books and the characters - and Mr Lynch, whose FAQs on his website made me happy :3

146. Annnd I was obsessed with Howl's room when I saw the movie too. It was great -- I wanted to go on a shopping trip just to get things for my room for a while, but since I was broke I couldn't. And then the obsession faded. For furnishing my room, anyway. I still like HMC.
In the books he also houses spiders in there, if I remember correctly. lol.
