That is literally where we pick up Wanda's story right from the very first time we see her in the end credits and on into her movies. She was always an atrocity justifies the means and fuck-you type of person. Still, love you defending your waifu like that.

I noped out of Multiverse because I wanted to see a Dr. Strange movie, and instead this is all about the most obnoxious character in the MCU.

When I turned my brain off and just took the movie as-is I enjoyed villain!Wanda a lot because she's hot and I like hot lady villains. But there was absolutely no narrative threading to her in the movie being evil now because reasons?

I'm fine with her being a villain if that's the route they want to go with her but man did it need better build up, she's a mess in Wandavision for sure and has such capacity for cruelty, which the show acknowledges, but the movie discards all that for 'lol children' because that's her only motivation I guess. But I'm not enraged about it, mildly annoyed at most honestly.

(That this movie DARED to come out just two months after Everything Everywhere All At Once is hubris of the highest order. How can they show their faces in public? I'd have tossed it back in the vault until 2024 at minimum. EEAAO is a masterpiece and MOM is a boring mess. I will kill all invaders on this hill.)

DAO is jostling at the top of my list with Morrowind and Thief for my favourite ever game; I got it at release and have lost count of my playthroughs since then. It's my favourite of the Dragon Age games, so possibly I'd count as one of those annoying "Origins is the best" fans.

But I love the Fade/Deep Roads, and I don't get people who skip them either. There's so much cool lore and worldbuilding!? Why would you skip the creeping sense of dread an claustrophobia as you work up to finding the Broodmother, and the race to get to the Anvil of the Void? Why would you skip exploring the Fade, which is one of the most interesting and unique parts of Dragon Age Lore?

I wonder if the people who find these sections tiresome are the same people who insist on playing nightmare difficulty, because otherwise you're not a real gamer, or some such bullshit. I can imagine those sequences take an insanely long time on the highest difficulty. I don't see the appeal of that, personally; if you're not having fun with lengthy combat, turn the difficulty down! It's a single player game! No-one's watching!

People actually do this? Fanny is the worst Austen heroine by a country mile. Anne is originally easily influenced but she is also rocksyrady, just gets on with things. I always loved that what won Captain Wentworth round is not anything cliche like her ephemeral beauty but that she just gets the fuck on with stuff.
