Is the donut thing an overused trope that fandom has beaten to death or something?

I usually hate when a trait or off-hand joke becomes a big defining thing for a character that gets overplayed in fandom (I immediately think of Persona 4's Adachi and cabbages), but I'm actually okay with Trigun and donuts. Mostly because Vash really does just love donuts that much. Black haired Vash does make me sad though. :0(

I may be misremembering the show, as it's been a long time since I've watched it, but out of all the 'character likes x-thing a lot' writing you see in fandoms Vash's was at least supported by the canon because he really does love donuts that much? But as I said: I could be remembering that incorrectly.

Vash really loves food though? Knives even makes fun of him in the new Trigun for always thinking about food. This is nothing like Thor and poptarts because loving human food and gorging himself on it is an important part of Vash's character, it's one of the reasons he admires humans so much.

this is a weird secret OP. both because kennie has done 30 bad movies and beat videos in the last 11 months, and because there's no way you would know what the balance between bad movies and reality tv is without paying attention to both parts of her content in the last year, since that's about when it because an expected part of her content.

it sucks if those videos threw you off enough that you can't get back into the routine, but this seems less about her choice of content and more about you just not being into her videos regardless of content. or you trying to get people to watch her stuff by reverse psychology.

I've read a few 200k and 300k fic that I enjoyed but honestly I cannot imagine anything longer. Even the longfic I read and liked I still felt could have broken up into shorter multi fic or even edited down a lot.

Bought a new dishwasher after having a broken one for 3+ years. The dealer installed and left. I checked it and they didn't push it back far enough so I can't open my oven. Called them and the guy can't come back until next Friday. So I asked if I can get a partial refund for installation and just fix it myself. They said yes. So I did a test run (empty). The door immediately started leaking. Called them back and was like, "This is a brand new dishwasher, should not be leaking. Yall need to fix it." So now I have a dishwasher I can't use until next Friday. :/
