Even as far as perceived sin goes, they could've either not had premarital sex or gotten married somewhere along the way. For all that the church used to argue so hard that Jesus was both truly God and truly human, it's annoying how much they tend to dehumanize him.

Meh, I know plenty of people who listed as a guilty pleasure. I have only bugged them about it a few times.

In high school this was a BIG problem for me. Now I've found a really good balance between fandom, school, and just my life in general and don't feel like one is taking over the other. I don't know what advice to give other than you just have to learn when to shut the computer off and study.

tb1 - I would be all over that, seriously, though I'm not sure I'd be able to write it. I can also sympathise with being in with a younger fanbase and the lesser quality fic that comes with it. (That is to say in general - there are some very talented young writers out there.) You can always offer your own tips and knowledge to help them improve.

I've learned some history from reading fic, and I'm getting interested in the history of my favorite characters' respective countries, but I don't rely on the actual show for my basic history knowledge or anything.

I usually associate history events with the Hetalia characters in my head. It makes history funnier.
