You like them! Great. Awesome. There are several I love too. However, I hate it when some fans feel the need to bash major character or bitch when a series called, say Naruto, focus on a character called Naruto.

But I'm totally off-topic. One thing I hate, hate, hate about anime styles is the lack of distinguishing facial features, which makes every character look pretty much the same. It goes for both males and females (though girls might be getting the short end of the stick; guys can have facial hair and are allowed more lines on the face, and anime males seem to have more body type variety).

I draw in a style based off it, and lately it's been getting on my nerves that it all looks so similar. I'd like to draw like Makani (http://makani.deviantart.com/) does. xP More variety in the faces.

15. Traditional media can be beautiful. Really, I respect traditional artists more because you people can't use layers or Undo or Liquify. The problem I see a lot is that the scans aren't good or the image quality is shitty, so it just makes the picture itself suck (even if it was stunning in real life) and people are turned off. =( If you're not using a photo editor of some sort to fix up your drawings before you post them, this could be the reason.

12. Maybe people are just coming to their senses. I've always thought American animation was just MILES ahead of what Japan/Korea/wtfever could ever dream of, and people that are all LOL I LIKE TEN FRAMES PER MINUTE baffle me. Wtf, guys.

It's really no surprise that the only anime I can really get into is the kind with massive animation budget, eg Cowboy Bebop.

13. There's plenty of plain anime girl characters, you just wont find them in most of the shows now cause they're aimed at boys. I mean when you think about Ouran and other really shoujo anime it's the same thing that they do to the boys too.

...Also Usagi definatly wasn't created for the purpose of fapping to since Sailor Moon is as shoujo as you get, the senshi are created to be pretty cause little girls like their role models pretty.

I dunno if that made sense or not but yeah.
