I'm sick of hearing people piss and moan about dubs. They're entitled to their opinions, yes, but god dammit not every dub sucks.

It's fine if you like to stay true to the original, but if you hate the dub so much why even bother bitching about it? That's like sticking on your high horse. Get off it.

Before a dub/sub drama war starts, I'm the kinda person who usually likes both. And if the dub is really as horrible as you think it is, be amused by it instead of offended. Hell if it sucks it's probably hilarious.

11. Oh man, THANK YOU. As a both a VA and anime fan, I'm always sadded by all the crazy hate dubs get. Yeah, they may not always be perfect or anything, but when I see people make baseless accusations and blanket statements about the people involved, or say "it's not japanese so IT SUCKS cuz DUBS RUIN EVERYTHING" it makes me feel really sad.

6. OT3? Granted, the manga makes Ed/Win pretty much canon, but I don't see why you can't still ship Ed/Al, if you like the pairing. Heck, if you feel the need to justify the pairing, take a look at the anime/movie which gives subtle enough hints, IMHO.

19. I have to confess that I watched that movie simply because my friend insisted on the slashability 'tween those two. And I was surprised by how incredibly right she was. Srsly, there's enough chemistry to blow up a classroom.

I can understand the cause for concern, what with the target age group and the toes that Viz might be afriad to step on, but as someone who's regligious, I didn't see any reason for it to be edited. If anything, someone like me would be offended, but I never was.

I just have to agree that there are some American VAs out there that I adore, even if I think the dubbed version of an anime sucks. My prime example: Yuugiou. Worst. Dub. Ever. They butchered the original series, but I simply love the American VAs for Yuugi (Dan Green), and Kaiba (Eric Stuart).

And while I prefer Paku Romi over Vic Mignogna, I still have to say he did a pretty decent job with Ed's voice.
