I think so. That's why it's a secret. Common sense says I should be more afraid of the creepy stalker, but I can't help it. That perfect nice guy veneer and underlying cynicism just creeps me out so much more. Like a wolf in sheep's clothing.

Yep, I'm insane.

Kisshu has fangirls? o.O OK then. His cute/funny moments are at best equally weighed with his creepy-as-all-hell moments, but to each their own. I have nothing against Masaya/Ichigo either. She loves him. He loves her. It's all good.

5. Yeah those dolls are hella creepy. I'd rather spend $1000 towards buying a nice violin or padding my wardrobe. I mean hell, the clothes for those dolls often cost more than I pay for mine!

8. I don't even play Pokemans (yet) and I think he's attractive. I've seen him paired with that one Rock gym leader with the miner's hat. That's an A+ aesthetic pairing right there, let me tell you. <3

I never thought about this (mainly cause thinking about death kinda scares me haha). :O I should probably write down all my passwords and stuff and put it in an envelope that someone could find in the event of an emergency, or maybe write down contact info for everyone I would want contacted. Also, nicely designed secret! I like how you made it look like those often ignored banner ads. ;3

5. I have an irrational fear of porcelain dolls and the like. xD That irrelevant note aside, it's common sense not to spend your money on something that you don't need when there are other more important financial matters that have to be tended to first. The doll is just a variable that could be substituted for anything. Like a crazy expensive sports car for instance. Yeah, you could use the car but you don't need that particular brand that empties your wallet. People are materialistic. It's nothing surprising.

12. I'm really glad Haruka didn't end up with Takayuki and I commend her for standing up on her own. Furthermore, I ended up feeling extremely ambivalent towards him and Mitsuki; their actions were just like WTF at times.

At first I was just so shocked and confused by the ending since I thought that there was an alternate series for Mitsuki's ending, but when I really sat back and reflected on everything, I was so happy that Haruka stood up for herself and gave me the encouragement that I needed to try and stand on my own two feet.

I think most of the ambivalence came from the guilt Mitsuki felt toward betraying her friend and I really can empathize with her, but I just find it so funny that the "weak" Haruka was able to stand alone whereas the "strong" Mitsuki had to fall back on her man.

Takayuki needed a freaking backbone in that series though!

8. I can't even begin to explain just how strongly I agree with this.

The gym leaders (and many others that aren't around enough) are so often incredibly interesting characters for how long they're around in the games. Granted, I have to admit Diamond/Pearl definitely did more for Gym Leaders and the like than the older games did, like meeting the Gym Leaders outside of their gyms for certain things. That and DP's group of Gym Leaders is probably the most interesting so far.

Also: Volkner is pretty darn cool.

5. I've noticed a lot of people mentioning that it's like people buying a TV (or things like that) for that same price when you don't have the money - am I the only one who thinks people like that are just as silly as people spending thousands of dollars on dolls when they can't afford it? I mean, if you're going in debt for things you enjoy, then that...could be a problem.

But then again, I'm also the kind of person who has trouble coughing up money for a new pair of shoes, even though my old ones are falling apart. It's not the hobby that bugs me, it's the not being frugal.

That's exactly what I mean!

I'm not frugal by any means, but I also don't spend more than I make. It doesn't matter if you're hobby is expensive and useless (like these dolls, or anime, or manga, or hell ANYTHING in mainstream popular culture) or if you go out and buy a $3,000 HD flat screen TV...if you are dipping into rent/bill money, then you can't afford it!

So in conclusion, IAWTC. :)

YES!

There should totally be an animated show. Or, failing that, they should make background appearances in lots of other shows somehow.

However, I wonder why you're not writing Spin/J smut now. OK, sure, they don't have that much personality, but with Spin being 'the eager rookie' and J being the 'experienced nice guy', it would not be too tough to throw something together.

Besides, just imagine their first time not going as smoothly as it could and Commander Kahn sending out Chieftain, Derek and Morris to help 'em out. ;)

5.I half-agree and half-disagree. They really are insultingly expensive, and people who treat they're dolls as if they're alive are just plain weird. On the other side, I can see why people would spend money on it. It just appeals to the person's interest more than say, a giant television, a new car, or a violin or what have you. (I secretly want one, but I don't have the financial fortitude for it.)

4. Wow, kid, get a grip. Brian Wilson was an amazing man, but that doesn't mean he's untouchable. People tease. It's natural. I mean, you don't have to like the band (even though looking down on a band for ONE SONG is kind of ridiculous...I love tons of bands that have some crap songs) but looking down on people who LIKE them is a little extreme.

#4 No, dude, that's not what the OP meant. "Brian Wilson" refers to a song by the band, which is not on that album. What the OP was saying was that lots of people claim to love BNL, but have only ever heard that album(I guess because "One Week" is on it) and that's what they lose respect for.

agreed! the game would be much more interesting IMO and i'm sure other people would like it. i also wished they would give the gymn leaders bigger roles in the anime too, rather than battle ash, lose, and then handing him a badge. :\
