I don't particularly find most stars attractive, but people like different things and that is okay.

I tend to like characters, and I seriously don't care about the actors/actresses, which includes interviews and facts and whatnot... I mostly only watch promo interviews, and that is again, for the character they are portraying.

and as I was taught in school: There is an exception to every rule, and I do find some actors and actresses attractive on their own too.

How ugly *you think* they are. Hollywood does have a certain type, but that doesn't mean there aren't actors you could find attractive in movies. I'm not often attracted to the basic white guy lead, but sometimes the basic white guy lead has a hot friend (or an unconventionally attractive friend because I like that too) so it's all good for me.

You're also not restricted to watching movies only from the US if it bothers you so much. There is a whole world of international cinema with attractive men you could look into.

Regardless of your opinion there are men and women who find these men attractive, I could understand complaining if a movie is banking on how hot a person is and the movie sucks in every other area (acting, writing, directing, etc...) but really if someone is just not your thing it shouldn't bother you so much. It's impossible for an actor to be considered attractive to EVERYONE, but both the actors you listed have quite a fanbase that would disagree with you.
