I was feeling really crummy earlier this week, but the last few days have been okay. I'm not really sure why - it's not like anything's been really different - I've just been feeling a lot more okay about things.

I'm screwing myself over by procrastinating on school work. I'm also cold. And annoyed with a lot of people. And hungry, but I didn't want to be a pig and take the last burger.

My life really sucks but I'm in a better mood about it than I was. Which is something, I guess.

I'm a little ticked off that I didn't get to go buy Pokemon Y today and might not tomorrow either. But then again I don't have the weekend off work so I wouldn't have too much time to play. (And at least I have a gift card and can afford it.)

I don't have any advice about loneliness but I really hope that changes for you.

My grandmother died, and I've been on leave since Thursday. I'm basically just sitting here being sad.

I am STILL SICK. At this point, it's mostly just a cough that won't go away (and likely will take a couple weeks) and my nostrils are dry and hurt.

It sucks.

I've been feeling kind of blah lately as well, mostly because of lack of sleep, stress and physical issues. (Had a cyst removed and didn't realize the aftercare was going to be this annoying. Dressing myself is a bit tricky without disturbing the bandages, and I can't change the bandages myself either. So awkward and embarrassing...)

One of my rl friends has slowly been edging me out of our friendship and then ended it a few days ago, which was nice. She just didn't want to tell me something (that I figured out), so she decided to dump me instead.

Then randomly she texted me "I'll miss you my friend" a night ago as a parting note. Like wtf. So I deleted it and just don't know what to do.

Yay for the end of an over 10 year friendship. :(

Bluh...at the moment I feel fed up because this morning I woke up to piano playing (oh and let me tell you a thing the piano is backed up against my room so my whole room gets the vibrations from the piano) at nine in the morning. I tried to sleep than woke up all cranky only to get more cranky because when I complained about the fact I was woken up they didn't BOTHER to even feel the least bit bad or even apologize.

I was treated as if I was a big petty bitch for even being annoyed which made me more annoyed and I asked why the fuck can't I switch rooms (I chose my room as a compromise because my sister who plays said room shaking piano) had to have the other one. I was told no because moving everything ("oh a whim" she believes) would hurt dad's back . (hey I'd be perfectly willing to help move if it meant peace.) So no that's horrible and selfish to ask. Then I asked why my sister had to practice at NINE in the morning. She pulled the "well because we're going to get YOUR birthday present and now I don't even want to get it". (if she had told me upfront that morning "sorry about the noise [sister's name] has to practice because we'll be out today birthday shopping" UPFRONT I would have cooled down and been fine.

But heaven fucking forbid the be SORRY for waking me up. No they shouldn't have to be sorry because it's their house and they can have her practice any time of the day even the middle of the night if they want to. and of course I usually sleep in so I'm petty for wanting to sleep in today. They're all up and they shouldn't have to "tiptoe around " to accommodate someone else.


and my dad sent my a text accusing me of "embarrassing myself" after all that.

The worst part is, If my sister and I were up before them and woke them up, I'd get a lecture about how I'm selfish for not letting them sleep.

Maybe I should have been less cranky about it. But when I live with this kind of "don't complain you're wrong" atmosphere it gets hard to cope. They 'll sooner threaten to take my adapter away then listen to me though, because explaining myself in anyway whatsoever is making excuses.

I like biology and genetics but I'm clumsy as fuck. I feel like everyone in the world knows I'm clumsy as fuck, so nobody will ever let me work in a lab, ever.

Sometimes I wish I could go back in time and do something that doesn't require working in a lab, like learning Ancient Greek or Latin or something not stressful (and useless to society) like that.

Not so good the past three days, a bit tmi but monthly pains have been bad this time around, painkillers not working, barely keeping the food I can eat down, just general ugh-ness. But I should be better tomorrow and hopefully my appetite will be back to normal.

I'm sorry you're lonely though OP. *internet hugs*

She was an uptight, controlling, insensitive bitch, and I loved her more than anything else in this world.

We hurt each other, we couldn't go back, we parted. Ten months ago. But all I can think about is her.

I want to die but I am not suicidal (yeah well... go figure), and I'm thinking if I should seek help or just wait until it passes. Also, I suspect I may be overthinking the problem.

Other than that, smashing. I thought up a really cool ciphering scheme and drew a cute illustration. And I have a jar full of Nutella.

I worked at a preschool and saw a coworker being overly rough with a child, so I went to the school's director and the next day the director tried to force me to apologize to the woman because I "overreacted". The woman had found out that I reported her and went to the director with complaints that I didn't like her and bullied her, and the director believed her and not my report. So I quit. And now I have no job. :\

I have now biked to and from work with different routes! I kinda overdid it biking back tonight, though, especially since I'm so out of shape right now.

Boring, because I'm broke usually (less work lately). Only thing keeping me dying of boredom is video games. It doesn't even matter that I can't afford to buy new ones, because my backlog is a little ridiculous right now.

It was my mother's birthday yesterday. She would have been 54.

As far as my physical health goes, I'm not doing great, but that's really sort of a given. I've been having extra trouble with depression and anxiety lately, even though things have otherwise been going pretty well for me. I'm still stressed about school, but I'm doing well in my classes and mostly enjoying them, and aside from my previously-mentioned physical health, I really don't have a lot to complain about. Just goes to show that chronic depression doesn't always make sense, I suppose.
