Actually, all the stuff about shadows skin colour, in the start of, and most of the book, comes from people (the first of which being a racist prison guard) all /ASKING/ (Implying the people physically looking at him aren't sure enough about his skin colour to definitive state it) if he has any gypse in him, if he has an native American in him, etc some one actually used the "cream and coffee" expression in front of him about someone else.
All indications of his skin colour are from characters in the book, and none of them can say with any certainty he is not white.

I think I could forgive someone for thinking he is white.

How many is "this many", though? A few people on FS, and one tumblr user? Lots of people have mediocre to poor reading comprehension skills, unfortunately. If you combine that with the usual "everybody is white" assumption, you'd end up exactly the same place as the tumblr user: Shadow is white and there was no evidence to the contrary.

Not a snob, but man I do look good tea. It's one of the things that I feel lifts up my life quality instantly.

I think that for viewers, this tends to be easier said than done. If you really connect with a character, just thinking "okay, but this guy's not me, he's not bothered by these things" doesn't really stop knee-jerk reactions.

just scrape/wipe the food residues off the dishes, then get a bucket of water from the bathtub or something and wash off the dishes in that. i think you could flush the water from the bucket when you're done. rinse everything by dipping it into another bucket and stack them in the drainer.

giving the ethnicity no thought is a privilege which can most often be afforded by white western ppl

A guard comments on his ethnicity in the first chapter and describes him with several racial slurs.

Chapter 689-690. Team seven works together! Sasuke and Naruto go after Kaguya. Right before she can teleport into another dimension, Sakura appears from the sky and punches her in the head and into Sasuke and Naruto's hands. They use the sage's power and seal her. kakashi then thinks to himself that he likes Team 7. Kaguya then starts to get sucked up into another moon-of course! The tailed beasts are then freed and take Sasuke to the ground. Sakura forgets about Naruto and returns with her popular catchphrase-Sasukeeeeee Kooooooon! Kakashi asks where Naruto is and Sasuke replies that he had something he had to finish. (I love Sakura's '?' expression when Naruto is brought up) He then tells Kakashi and Sakura to get away from the area with him.

Naruto walks up to black zetsu who is still nailed to the ground. He tells him that he's too attached to his own mother, and that the ninja history was not created by him, but by the dead. He then throws him into the moon seal with Kaguya. He pops back up and tells Sakura that everyone can now have a happy ending. (Oh dear) Sakura freaks out about how they're still stuck in another dimension. The sage, along with the Hokages do something and pull them all over to the real world. He then thanks Naruto and Sasuke and 'everyone else' (Poor Sakura) for saving the world. End chapter!

Well, it depends on what you pick up on first, I would guess. I figured out pretty early on he was Odin's son. His mother is described as some kind of interpreter or something in Europe, right? And then it's mentioned somewhere that she had sickle cell anemia, which might lead one to believe she was of African descent, but it's not always the case.

They are buds. There's a lot of back-and-forth there, the way friends do. And a lot of love.

So here I am sorting out same clothes, and trying on outfits (mostly to see what still fits since I lost weight, what goes together, and what it more suitable now it's unseasonably chilly).

I used to LOVE doing that - trying on outfits, getting the perfect one, down to matching jewelry.

/co/. It has its moments, but I find it to be genuinely funny at times. Their 'King of the Hill' threads can be absolute diamonds most of the time.

And while I'm on the subject, the GLTAS threads were some of the best threads I'd lurked in at the time... still highly amused my aviator shade manips got used in some of the hiatus logs, haha. (Also, I wouldn't even had done the Larfleeze one if one of the anons hadn't asked about it tbbh)

Nope. People "miss" obvious descriptions of race all the time. Which is why there was such a shitstorm when the Hunger Games movie came out and people were shocked that Rue was black, even though her skin color is explicitly described when she's introduced in the book.

Another book I like has a character described as having black skin -- those exact words -- and the author said that she got tons of questions from readers asking her if she meant "hair." Because it's so easy to typo "hair" as "skin." The keys are like right next to each other.

/co/ and /tv/ mostly. I also browse /ck/, /fa/ and /toy/, but I rarely post on these boards. Most of the other boards I just check occasionally.

idk what the metric for 'good' is it's the only 4chan I go on but I think you should expect 4chan to be 4channy
