What will everyone be doing?

I'll hopefully have another boring weekend. :3 My sister wants to go to the mall, but not sure how that will pan out. I do want to get farther into House of Leaves. It took 70 pages, but it is finally becoming enjoyable to read!

What about you all?

I still can't drive and it is embarrassing at my age. Well, I can drive if there was an emergency but I don't have a license. Driving scares the hell out of me!

Mmmmm burgers. I wonder if I can get a burger tonight for dinner.

Going to the cinema and then most likely to a small party at my friend's place tomorrow. Sunday depends a bit on how far we take the party as I should be studying, but that's no fun to do if I'm really hungover.

Making the hour drive up to see my brother and his wife and my adorable nephew who just turned 2.

Probably also some observational research at a dog park or possibly the local pound.

I've got a 5K tomorrow! And I hope to not screw up in it because my mind has let me down with stress and increase in weight and general unpleasantness.

Oh and then I found out today that my father who lives in another state fell off a ladder today and may have broken two vertebrae. But I haven't heard back. Meanwhile I'm thinking, well shit my mother fell back in 2007 and the third vertebrae up from the bottom of her spine exploded. And her back has never recovered from that.

So um yeah. Depressing. And I'm letting my mind get to me and don't know how to stop!

I get to go down to my letting agency and follow up on a series of complaints that were made three months ago. They sent someone out to 'take a look', but that was a month ago and we've heard nothing since.

On top of that, I have a series of NEW complaints to make about the flat - namely, that there are problems with the wiring and as a result, the bathroom light has utterly shat itself. There's the slim chance that it is just lightbulb failure, but considering that one of the other problems we complained about three months ago was to do with the wiring in the walls, and how the light gradually started flickering before just not turning on (we had to slam the door in order to get it to work before that stopped doing the trick), I'm not risking it.

I also get to report my shitty housemate for keeping rotting food in his room because he's two afraid of me and my friend to come and toss it. We've already dealt with a fly infestation because of him, on top of him shitting up the refrigerator - like fuck are we risking losing our deposit because he lets his room rot and damages the flat.

Other than that: writing, sleeping, studying. I want to rewatch The Social Network and Pacific Rim for reference so I can include them in hc_bingo.

Taking my cat and one of my sister's cats to the vet tomorrow. Nothing wrong, just the yearly check up for my boy and a couple needles for sis' cat.

Trying to decide if I want to keep watching Fringe--I've read spoilers about where it goes and am not sure if I want to watch it or not. I'll probably try the second season and see how it goes. Other than that, no specific plans.

Continuing to have my applications for seasonal employment ignored. Trying not to devolve into a puddle of hate over this and some other issues. Wishing I could just live in a wifi-equipped cave somewhere and write fanfic forever instead of attempting to be part of society, partly because I'm tired of society and even more because I'm tired of my fandom being full of terrible fic. Probably watching Elementary with the best friend.

The local amusement park is starting up their Halloween-themed stuff tonight, so I'll probably be doing that tonight and Saturday night. (They're bringing the ice show back, which was definitely the best thing from last year.) Other than that, Japanese class tomorrow morning, and possibly helping coordinate a sleepover at some point over the weekend.

I'm going to see my boyfriend! He goes to school 4 hours away. I'm so excited because the past 3 weekends have been nonstop cleaning and errands. I'm supposed to relax on my days off work, dammit.

Uh, going to see The Maze Runner tomorrow (with my mom, she needs an outing), and maybe trying to find a new pair of jeans and stockings. I'm upset about my clothes not fitting again... Guess I should have them altered? Though I don't know how expensive that is.

Oh, and I'll probably watch some tv, read a little (and I do mean little, haha, I'm never going to get through this...) Kuroko no Basket, chores, exercise, maybe do a puzzle, and try to fit in a little Skyrim. (I need to find my mother something to do too, but...she's a tough cookie. Maybe we'll do something crafty. If only I could convince her to play Phoenix Wright.)

DRAWING!!! Lots and lots of drawing! I've gone through nearly two 70 page sketch books in four days and so far I've gotten around ten or eleven sketches I am really super happy with(This is OMG glorious for me BTW) so far.

Also my exercise bike is finally on its way 8D! I am so excited.
