42 - I like Rose too! I have issues with how her character arc went, but she's certainly not horrible. I think the hate is mostly backlash against the assertion that she IS the 'best ever', which isn't really fair. I wish the rabid people on both sides would stop giving their fellows a bad name.

45 - Here, here. Of course I might be just a bit biased since I vastly prefer those incarnations to the current ones. :p

Fully agreed. I find that people usually like the US version more, because it was more sitcom-ish - you could make a book with the in-jokes - and it had the same people for 8 seasons. It's a shame that the majority of the WL fans don't appreciate the UK version more, because although it had a lot more dross, it was fun, exciting and it actually had variety. And Clive Anderson.

I prefer when the actors got switched up, because it always fun to guess who'd be on and what combinations you'd get. Now that you've said that, I think it might have a lot to do with why I prefer the UK version.

27. Okay okay okay I'm sorry but this is driving me crazy. You're "better" than them? You honestly think you're "better" than them and you're wondering why they're starting to drift away? It's not because you're being inactive in their fandoms, it's not because you've got a different lifestyle to them, it's because you think you're effing "better" than them. Some people just don't like partying etc. I don't. It bores me, I'm not a social person and I don't enjoy social activities much, they just frustrate me. I don't like hanging out with big groups of people, or drinking and I think smoking's pretty disgusting and tastes horrid. I just don't like it. And I don't see why this makes me a lesser person.

32. Just give her the critique, it's pathetic for people to jump on you for it. But remember man, cartoons don't have to have perfect anatomy. I mean, anatomy's important in art and in cartoons you have to have some knowledge, but in the actual drawings...not so much. Cartoons are all about stylisation and taking things that are real, and drawing them as sometime else whilst still retaining their identity as what they were.

Yeah, and she isn't fat, man. What's wrong with drawing chicks of different weights? Not everybody has a perfect BMI.

3. Hahaha, and I always thought it was just me who thought the majority of girls in fandom were gay or bi. Seriously, though, there's...a very, very, very large amount, but I've still managed to find the rare staight one. Though that doesn't matter, since I prefer the bi ones.

25. I saw a lot, lot, lot more of the UK version than the US version, but I much prefer the US's. It's just more fast-paced, random, and energetic, and, atop that, there's too many jokes and gags I don't understand in the UK version due to not being too familiar with the current culture and stuff.

Though Colin and Ryan are the best part of both, so I still enjoy watching either one.
